  Great salesperson. Michael Jimenez represents the company with outstanding knowledge of the automobile we purchased. Great personality and easy to close the sale. The service department also provided great service. Kudos to all.

  Frankly, the process started out pretty rocky due to a subpar salesperson, and I ultimately decided to walk away with no deal. However, the sales manager stepped in, called me directly, and completely transformed the dynamic. They went above and beyond to rectify the situation and deliver an amazing experience. Thanks to management's exceptional handling, I am happy to give them 5 stars and recommend them to my friends and family.

  We were very satisfied with everything about North Park @ Dominion. We worked with Angel & he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing our new car. He was very knowledgeable about all the bells & whistles that came with our car & he was incredibly personable.

  Friendly, helpful staff. Could say nothing but how pleased I was with Andrew, my sales person, in his knowledge of the product, his friendliness and his high standards in insuring the auto purchased was perfect and that we knew about how to use the important bells and whistles before driving it off the lot. Great place - highly recommend.

  I'd like to personally thank Andrew Kilgore ( Kilgare?), for the caring and compassionate way he helps me navigate the process of buying a car. This is my third car I've bought through Andrew, each and every time he has gone above and beyond the standards of man. I know in my heart that Andrew works for God first, and Subaru second. When you strive to meet the standards of God you will always exceed the standards of man. Andrew is consistent in that regard. My personal life is extremely difficult on a daily basis because of my son's illness and other things. Andrew knows this about me. He knows that what should be a joyful experience is seen as burdensome for me. Andrew thank you for shining "God's Light" on me when I needed it the most.
