  We, my wife and I, just purchased a new CrossTrek Sport and absolutely love it! Angel Ramos was our sales representative and was a true professional and helped us find my wife her perfect car!   I ended up at Northpark Subaru Dominion after a long day of feeling pushed around at other big dealerships. The minute I walked in I felt so much more comfortable than in the others, no one tried to force anything or twist my arm into buying something I wasn’t ready for. I worked with Paul A. on the car portion and my experience with him couldn’t have been better. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and negotiating with the him was the *opposite* of a miserable experience. He never made me feel uncomfortable or tried to convince me to upgrade to a higher package. During financing, Claudio S. made the process seamless and easy. Again, no pushing or twisting. I truly felt like this is a rare dealership where your “no” is heard the first time, at least in the experience I had. I walked out of the doors feeling really happy with my experience.

  The commitment of the sales team especially Brian Crawford committed to the very end to see it through takes a lot of commitment and dedication. The general manager Darryl, made many critical decisions to to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, also to be commended five stars. As far as Finance person and final gentleman in closing the final paperwork after closing hours LOL, I enjoyed your company and laughter, sorry I don't remember everybody's name. Frank Sainz RN professional with a need for reliable car has never been dissatisfied with the Subaru family, and I have owned 4 Subarus, this will be my 5th Subaru and my extended family in Austin cumulatively has probably owned,-and own- all models currently, ( hybrid electric, gas, in the tune of about 30 cars of the same brands. So, thank you all gentlemen

  My family and I had a wonderful experience buying from North Park Subaru Dominion. We worked with Gordy who was so patient with us. He never pressured us and always helped us with any information we needed to make our decision. We came back 4-5 times before finding exactly what we wanted to purchase. Claudio in Finance was also excellent. He worked with us and never pressured us to buy anything extra just gave us options and information to help us make our decision. Great buying experience! I highly recommend Gordy and Claudio!

  Unfortunately it started off well and took a swan dive. I went to get my car a full point inspection because I purchase it used and wanted to make sure everything was up to date. It had past with flying colors that everything was good just some standard maintenance however one major repair.(costly repairs) Which I decided for safety reasons went ahead and schedule some to be done same day and the major one for a schedule day. I got the major repair done only to get my car back with several new issues it didn’t have prior to the drop off and to be told “things happen” The first one which was noticed right at the drive in still at the parked at the dealership when I called the service personal back to let him know the problem. My Wiper fluid tank sensor lit up my dash (which wasn’t an issue prior to the repair) I told them to look at it and made my complaint know why it’s lit and what happened. That’s when I got the “things happen.” And what the potential cost would be to get it repaired. Then going home with much disappointment I was washing my vehicle only to notice that my fog light was not reinstalled… it’s just loose inside the bumper. I wanted to have peace of mind and now I doubt the repairs were even done. This is why so many people don’t trust dealerships services. Because fear of things not being done correctly and you are with so much doubt that something may have been done intentionally to keep you coming back to get more “repairs” done. Highly disappointed. Make sure for your safety to ask for a Customer Pre inspection and service walk around and or a pre service baseline records to verify that you went in there with no issues like dashboard lights from sensors or other issues like loose fog lights or damages to your vehicle just like when they loan you the loaner car. Protect your vehicle and your pocket book. Because you probably get a “well things happen” and it’s going to cost you.
