  I recently visited this dealership to purchase a vehicle via trade in, and the experience was atypical because of the demonstrated actions and behaviors of multiple employees. It all started with AJ, who first provided transparent communication that was so honest it would have been irrational to not visit. He did not try to sell or even encourage me to stop by, but simply provided information and potential opportunities without any pressure. Once at the dealership, the continued transparency and honesty was experienced with Osvaldo. He didn't embellish his words or talk about the various cars with exaggerated hype or emphasis, but simply engaged on an authentic level. It honestly felt like I was car shopping with my dad. After spending hours exploring the different models and features, he helped me find exactly what I was hoping to find. Once a car was selected, you would normally anticipate some type of headache regarding money, but that never occurred. Robert in the finance department also helped create that experience; although he did present various options that created more financial burden, he did so in a way that did not come off as forceful, pressure inducing, or manipulative. All of these individuals' actions and behaviors created a sense of trust and loyalty that I have not experienced before when dealing with a car. If anyone is looking for an environment where you're treated like a person instead of a dollar sign, I recommend visiting this dealership.

  I spoke with Hector when I went in and I'm still undecided as to which car I'm going to get but what I really loved about this place is everything was fact-based and they didn't try to play on emotions. He was understanding and knew that I was not ready to purchase but needed to get information. They also buy used cars outright or take them on trade in which was a good piece of information to have and when I'm ready, I'll be back because this was a really good experience and you can't say that about car dealers these days!

He promptly answered all my questions, provided detailed information about the vehicle, and was honest and transparent throughout the entire process. When I arrived at North Park Subaru, I was happy to find the vehicle was actually there and available, exactly as advertised. Derek took his time showing me all the features, explaining everything I needed to know, and making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. I never felt rushed or pressured. While I wish I hadn't needed another vehicle after my accident in my Subaru Outback, I'm absolutely loving the upgrade to my Subaru Ascent. Derek's professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service made this one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend Derek and North Park Subaru!

  Disingenuous service department. They lost the key to my new WRX wheel locks, so I called ahead for a replacement and specifically stated that I only had my VIN. They assured me they were in stock and that I could buy a new one because "they are all the same." The service employee completely failed to understand or communicate how wheel lock keys actually work. If you cannot hire staff who understand basic product compatibility, how can you be trusted to service a 2026 WRX tS? Sharing my terrible experience so others can avoid the same headache.

  We had the absolute best experience purchasing our new 2026 Outback at North Park Subaru! Our sales consultant, Sam Moran, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was patient, honest, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience. Sam took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in both the car and the deal, and he worked hard to make it happen. The financing process was smooth and easy, and Robert Flannery was also a delight to work with. Great customer service all around at North Park Subaru. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and our new outback!
