  I had a sign hit my windshield, and it left white streak marks that I was worried wouldn't come off. Dave at North Park Subaru on San Pedro did an amazing job removing the marks and restoring my windshield. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. The windshield looks great now, and I really appreciate his excellent customer service and attention to detail. Thank you, Dave, for going above and beyond.

  In a world where it often feels like nothing goes smoothly anymore, my experience at North Park Subaru reminded me that exceptional customer service still exists. From start to finish, the professionalism of everyone I worked with made the entire car-buying process genuinely enjoyable. I had the pleasure of working with Catherine and Phil in the sales department, and they were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, professional, organized, and made everything feel effortless. The financing process was surprisingly easy, and every step of the purchase was handled efficiently and in a timely manner. It was obvious that everyone knew exactly what they were doing, which made the entire experience stress-free. What impressed me even more was the follow-up after the sale. They genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase and that my experience met my expectations. That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare. I normally don't leave reviews—good or bad—but my experience was so exceptionally positive that I felt compelled to share it. I did purchase a brand-new Subaru Forester Hybrid, and I absolutely love it. However, this review is really about the dealership and the outstanding people who made buying a vehicle such a pleasant experience. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle, I highly recommend North Park Subaru. They exceeded my expectations in every way.

  I showed North Park Subaru the best deal I could make on a 26 Outback Touring XT, and sure enough they beat the other 2 dealerships and have is a great deal. They beat Corpus Christi Subaru by alot and I paid less even then Corpus wanted for just the car, even after tax, title, license, window tint and a maintenance package. Salesman was awesome, Brock Leach. Give him a try. Easily the best and fastest experience I ever had buying a new car. They even delivered it to my house. Awesome folks. Thanks.

  From start to finish, my first visit to North Park Suburu was excellent. I was greeted immediately, and asked for the Sales Manager, directed to Phil, and explained I was there to find a car. I already had the types and features I wanted, and said I didn't want a trade-in. Phil immediately found several that fit my specs and put us with salesman Derek and offered refreshments while the first car was delivered to the front door. Derek proved to be polite, friendly and knowledgeable- very well (Exceptionally) versed on features and benefits on the two types I specified. Within minutes, we were in a car and off for a trial run, while Derek explained all the features. After a good long drive, I didnt need to try the others- I had the color, style and model I loved. Derek was thorough and professional in his explanation of each part of the sale. The financial and transfer process went smoothly and away I went in my beautiful new Suburu Outback Touring car. This is my second Suburu, and several of my relatives from Alaska to Maine to Massachusettsto Florida also have owned Outback models and would drive nothing else. The make-ready went quickly so I was off and running! I was given the names of the technical professionals in case I had need of features explanation. Several weeks later, due to a miscalculation on my part, I needed Suburu Road Assistance, which arrived quickly, changed my tire, and I was on my way. I called North Park Service, then spoke to parts and told they'd fit me in. I drove over, was greeted by two friendly employees and shown to the comfortable lounge and offered refreshments while I waited. Meantime, I noticed a display for a local charity for children that Northpark Suburu was sponsoring and chose to contribute. My car was quickly and thoroughly checked out and taken care of. Fast forward, employees from Northpark Suburu appeared at a medical facility where my husband was having treatment. They were handing out comforting and practical gifts to patients going through chemotherapy. So, my final overall report is kudos from start to finish- professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly personnel, a great vehicle, great Roadside and Parts care, and a Company that shows care for and generously gives back to a variety of San Antonio entities. We never felt pressured or rushed, and everyone took the time to answer our questions and make the process as smooth as possible. A special thank you to our sales consultant, Kamron Spencer, who was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process! We also greatly appreciated the support of Sales Manager AJ Moreno, who helped make our experience seamless & stress free!! What stood out most to us was this team's honest approach to selling us a car + their exceptional customer service. Trading in our previous vehicle felt like a big decision, but Kamron & AJ made us feel confident every step of the way!!
