  I had my 45,000 mile servicing done. It was easy to schedule on line, service was very efficient. They took care of my car while I waited. I loved the video explanation of everything. I am a very visual person, and this helped me see what they see. I appreciate the extra effort and excellent customer service at North Park Mazda. Jefferson Norona is my service advisor and Stefano completed the work on my vehicle. I can really tell a difference in the way my car runs! Thanks again. See you in 6 months! Renee Tatum

  North Park Mazda is an outstanding fantastic dealership. Mr. Brothers went out of his way to make our visit very welcoming. He made sure our purchase of the vehicle was a success. Julian Gomez our salesperson went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Very honest and knowledgeable about the vehicles we saw and asked about, shout out to Ms.Isabel Vega who was very helpful in financing. Overall our experience with North Park Mazda was great and I will highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop at North Park Mazda FIRST!!

  North Park Mazda dealership is probably the best dealership in the state. I don’t have a ton of experience, dealing with dealerships other than doing a test drive here and there throughout my life. But NorthPark Mazda stands out and is different from the moment you walk in. Their service department is exemplary. Tommy is my service guy and he does something extra and unexpected for me each time. The entire dealership provides impeccable customer service. Every person I’ve ever encountered at this dealership has been professional with a “customer first” attitude. In particular, my favorite sales person in the world, Mike Anderson, is amazing. He knows how to sale without making you feel pressured or obligated. He is on top of every detail and makes you feel like his only customer. I also have to mention Chris Castaneda in the finance department. He is professional and goes above and beyond for every single customer. His work ethic and customer service skills are inherent. You cannot go wrong doing business with this dealership to purchase your next vehicle or to have your current one serviced. You will be pleasantly surprised.

  I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Mazda and the incredible team there. This was my third vehicle purchase with Julian Gomez, and there is a reason I continue to come back to him. Julian truly understands what I am looking for, listens to my needs, and always makes sure I am taken care of from start to finish. One thing that really stood out this time was that Julian brought the vehicle directly to my workplace so I could see it before making my decision.
