  Decided to buy a new car for the first time ever. After months of research, I kept circling back to Mazda, which naturally brought me to North Park Mazda. As soon as I approached the building, I was greeted by the manager Scott, who set us up with our fantastic salesman Julian! Julian helped me find a car that fulfilled every need and want, while Chris helped find a price I could afford. The experience was extremely pleasant and easy, while finding me a car that I can officially say I love!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience at North Park Mazda! A friend referred me to Muohammad, and I’m so glad she did. From the moment we walked in, he was available to help us and we hardly had to wait at all. Muohammad was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in and really listened to what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay within. He took the time to show me every feature and explain how everything worked. We test drove the newest model first, but when I decided I wanted to look at a used CX-5 instead, there was absolutely no pressure. He genuinely just wanted me to find a vehicle I loved and was happy with. He made the entire buying process so easy and enjoyable. Before we left, he even helped me set up the Mazda app and connect everything to my new car so I wouldn’t have to go home and figure it all out on my own. He also replaced the batteries in one of my key fobs, and when we realized my CX-5 was missing the passenger-side floor mat, he made sure I got a replacement. And I have to mention the Turkish candy! He offered us some while we were there, we loved it, and he actually sent some home with us! Such a fun and thoughtful little touch. Muohammad was friendly, funny, patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond. Customer service like that can be hard to find nowadays, and it really stood out to me. The dealership itself was also extremely clean, and everyone we encountered was welcoming and friendly. Everyone truly seemed happy and to love working there. I absolutely love my CX-5, and I would happily recommend North Park Mazda to my friends and family. If you’re looking for a Mazda, definitely ask for Muohammad! He made what can normally be a stressful experience genuinely enjoyable. Thank you Muohammad and North Park Mazda!

  Wasted my time once again ! Made me drive all the way here for nothing. Wanted me to come to test drive to move more with the process and had them telling me that I had a good chance in getting the vehicle I was inquiring about. I told them over the phone what I have for paystubs and refused to let me test drive the car implying it’s a waste of time and we’re not helpful whatsoever. As well I got ghosted by Marisela Ramos super unprofessional!

  This was a timely process but overall I can not complain. Joshua and Giovanni the salesman were very through on what I wanted in a car. They provided me with all the details on the car. I am very pleased with their time and professionalism. I never felt pressured to by something I did not want. I took two days to decide and they were very patient with me. I'm 78 years old and I got the car the good Lord had for me. I am very happy and pleased. Thank you for all your help.

  Awesome experience! Dolores was amazing! Chris in finance also did great. Super informative, no BS tricks. Appointment was at 3:00 p.m. Got there 10 minutes early and she had the car ready to be looked at. Took us for a test drive informed us on all the features got to numbers no BS then on to financing didn't take long either and we were out the door with our certified pre-owned Mazda cx-5. Also, the General Manager introduced himself to us when we arrived. Everyone was very nice and professional. Will definitely be back when I'm ready for another car and totally recommend buying a car from here.
