  Casper was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was kind, patient, responsive and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me updated and genuinely made me feel like he cared about helping me find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. Car shopping can be stressful, and Casper made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable. I truly appreciated all of the time and effort he put into helping me. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, personable, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers, I highly recommend asking for Casper! 5 stars all around! 😊

  Thanks to the helpful guidance of Phillip Davis at North Park Lincoln, my wife Paula and I are riding comfortably in a new Lincoln Corsair. We loved the Corsair demo ride and features. The deciding factor was between two exterior colors. Phillip gave a full demonstration of on-board features and ‘coached’ us into the best vehicle for our needs. Phillip linked up our iPhones and showed the many digital features of the Corsair technology. During the week we shopped, Phillip was always a very responsive and communicative sales rep, on text, email or in-person. Great experience! Thanks Coach! -Ben & Paula Henderson

  We had a great experience at North Park Lincoln! We are extremely grateful for our salesman, Kasper, and his assistant Brandon. They were both friendly, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They took the time to answer our questions and made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole experience. We also had a great experience with the business manager, Mr. Fallaha. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the financing and paperwork process easy to understand. Overall, everyone we worked with made purchasing our Bronco a great experience. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend North Park Lincoln to anyone looking for their next vehicle! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  We had an absolutely incredible experience purchasing our Lincoln with Casper and Brandon! We called just minutes before closing on a Friday night after seeing that they had just listed the exact Lincoln we had been searching for. We live out of town, so we had to fly in to pick it up, and from the very beginning, Casper and Brandon went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. They took detailed videos, answered all of our questions, made sure everything was handled before we arrived, and kept us updated throughout the process. We flew in and picked up the Lincoln Monday morning, and everything was exactly as promised. Buying a vehicle from out of town can be stressful, but they made it incredibly easy and gave us a true 5-star experience from start to finish. We are so grateful for their communication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. If you're looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about the customer experience, ask for Casper and Brandon! We couldn't recommend them more!

  I recently purchased a new Lincoln Nautilus, and the entire experience was truly five -star from beginning to end. The Nautilus itself is an exceptional vehicle! It is beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, quiet, and packed with impressive technology. Every drive is smooth and refined, and the interior has the luxury and attention to detail you would expect from Lincoln. What really made the experience stand out, though, was my salesperson Montana Brehm and lease manager Chris Rodriguez. Montana and Chris went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that I was completely comfortable with my purchase. Montana Brehm and Chris Rodriguez were both very knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and genuinely focused on making the experience enjoyable rather than simply making a sale. The combination of an outstanding vehicle and exceptional customer service made this one of the BEST car-buying experiences I have ever had. I couldn't be happier with my new Nautilus or with the way I was treated throughout the process at North Park Lincoln. I highly recommend the the Lincoln Nautilus and, especially, the team that made the entire experience deserving of FIVE STARS!
