  We cannot say enough how amazing our experience was at North Park, with special recognition to Adam and Phillip. Not only did they make our becoming a Lincoln member a pleasant process, they made it a true experience. We learned the story behind Lincoln and some amazing fun facts; which made the experience even more special. There were no details left out. As we looked at our vehicle options on the Aviator they made sure we knew about every amazing feature that Lincoln installs. We could have easily gone to one of 4 other area dealerships- but it was very clear we chose the right one. They made sure no stone was left unturned. When Phillip delivered our new Aviator (yes delivered from San Antonio to us in Bastrop) he spent more than an hour sitting in the car with me setting every feature to our specifications .. making sure I was even set to profile number one 😁. We are so proud of our beautiful new Aviator - I couldn’t imagine a better experience, a more gracious and accommodating staff and an immaculate atmosphere. Thank you Adam, Phillip and North Park Lincoln! You have a customer for life!

  Phillip at North Park Lincoln in San Antonio made my daughter’s very first car purchase an absolutely wonderful experience. From start to finish, Phillip and everyone at North Park were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They truly went out of their way to make sure we understood every step of the process and felt comfortable with everything. The hospitality was also outstanding — beverages, snacks, and the overall atmosphere made us feel welcomed and valued. The facilities were extremely clean and very well maintained. Buying a first car is such an important milestone, and Phillip made it stress-free, exciting, and memorable for my daughter. We are so grateful for the excellent customer service and highly recommend Phillip and the team at North Park Lincoln!

  My recent car purchase experience at North Park Lincoln was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, there was zero pressure, and the entire process felt easy and comfortable. We were even able to receive employee pricing, which made the experience even better. My salesman, Casper, and his assistant, Brandon, were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. I originally stopped by just to look at the Lincoln Aviator since our hometown doesn’t have a Lincoln dealership. We were actually planning to head to a Cadillac dealership afterward… but things quickly changed! Thanks to the outstanding customer service and smooth buying experience, I ended up driving home in a brand new Lincoln Aviator the same day. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and highly recommend North Park Lincoln to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable car buying experience!

  I had been looking for a while to replace my Mercedes and visited dealerships representing just about every SUV brand imaginable. I honestly had no idea what I wanted, so I looked at almost everything! My experience at North Park Lincoln was completely different from any other dealership I visited. I had never owned a Lincoln before, but after meeting the team, I knew I was in the right place. Everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Casper, Roger, and Brandon were wonderful to work with and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. They even surprised me with a sweet Mother’s Day gift, which made me feel so special. The entire experience was first class from beginning to end. I absolutely love my new Lincoln Aviator and am so happy to officially be part of the Lincoln family! Thank you to the entire North Park Lincoln team for taking such great care of us!
