  I cannot speak highly enough of Hayden Lindsey. What an exceptional young man. He strives to make your sale/purchase seamless and relaxed. He works hard to be professional and is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is kind and we have found a new friend. The process of selling our car was so easy and honestly we truly enjoyed his company. Hayden deserves a bonus or a raise for going above and beyond in his job. He is such a gentleman and I will be a faithful customer here because of him!

  My husband and I had the best buying experience with Alejandra Gomez! We went yesterday 20 minutes before closing to look at a Honda Pilot in the used inventory. Even though they were getting ready to close, Alejandra was excited to take care of us! She let us test drive the car and even suggested test driving another vehicle. She encouraged us to take the evening to sleep on it while taking our trade in information to work on in preparation for the next day. Today, my husband and I came in to purchase the vehicle and she had already prepared the trade in estimate prior to our arrival. We moved through the process efficiently. Special shout out to Cooper in financing! He worked efficiently and was very friendly. I also enjoyed the cafe with complementary coffee and the kids enjoyed the play area! Without a doubt, my husband and I will return to Northpark Lexus Dominion to purchase future vehicles and hopefully be able to work with Alejandra and Cooper! Great experience!

  Absolutely amazed of the level of taking zero accountability for selling me an suv that was previously wrecked. After purchased I had the vehicle ceramic coated and noticed there was a small plastic with runner piece missing in the engine bay on the passenger side and the drivers side had it, also the headlight was not flushed with the fender, on the interior when you open the passenger door you clearly see the paint overspray from the repair that had been done. The drivers side is completely clean. The bottom of the front bumper had a piece popping out as well. I took it back and Austin Greer said they would take care of everything and not once mentioned the vehicle was ever involved in an accident. When the vehicle was purchased it was never disclosed to me it had been in any accidents. After i took it back only the plastic piece with the rubber foam was put back and the headlight aligned. The front bumper on the bottom still had the piece popping out and i mentioned to Mark Martinez ( service manager if i’m not mistaken )why was that not fixed and only shrugged his shoulders and pretty much walked away, absolutely unacceptable from any dealer specially for a Lexus one. This was beyond a horrible experience and what’s even worse they showed zero care about the customers concerns and lying about selling a car was previously involved in an accident. They said that the vehicle was “lexus certified” and that they would not sell it if it was involved in an accident before, that was what Austin told me. Horrible mistake to have gone out of my way to go another city to purchase a vehicle. giving this dealer a 1 star is being generous.

Catherine, my Service Advisor, went the extra mile once again to make sure I was completely taken care of. Her professionalism, communication, and genuine concern for her customers are second to none. This is one of the many reasons why I continue to buy all of my vehicles from North Park Lexus and trust them with every service appointment. From my outstanding sales professional Bobby Roth to the finance team of Mr. Hagee, Chris and Said Cantu , and Richard leading what I believe is the best service department in America, the entire team consistently delivers excellence. My theory has always been that customer service separates great companies from average ones, and North Park Lexus Dominion proves that every single time. They don't just sell vehicles—they build relationships and take care of people. A special thank you to Catherine for always treating me like family and making every visit a first-class experience.   Unfortunately my grandparents spoke with Joe the salesman. I have owned an LS, GX, GS, and currently own an RX. My Grandparents have always bought American made vehicles, specifically GM. I’ve always ranted and raved about my Lexus and finally convinced my grandparents to go take a look when they were trading in their 2019 Cadillac XT5 with only 15K miles. My grandpa Ronald Steinle is very frugal as he retired the head accountants of Diamond Shamrock upon its sale to Valero, but has the means to purchase anything he’d like. He would’ve been a cash buyer the day that they went in and spoke with Joe, but Joe offered them water twice and twice never brought it. Before even looking at the vehicle, Joe told them that there would be a $2000 up charge on the sticker price. I realize that you’re in the Dominion and higher end clientele may seem to be a dime a dozen, but in my 20 years as a Lexus purchaser, I’ve never had this type of experience. I was very saddened to hear about this upon my recent visit to Fair Oaks, as they ended up with a Hyundai Tucson. I’ve urged them to contact Lexus UsA headquarters and see what can be done about this grave misrepresentation of Lexus and the type of service experience Lexus usually offers.
