Only rating a 1 star because there is no rating lower that is available to relay to the Google public how we were treated by Jacob and Jason today, 7/9/26. Their establishment was not able to provide the parts we needed at a sooner date, but Jacob AND Jason both agreed/promised to email me a quote that a local auto parts dealer was prepared to honor as a price match while we all waited at the establishment. After several calls to both of them, and over 2 hours of waiting, from the auto parts staff and myself, both of them promised an emailed quote... one that NEVER CAME! Needless to say, a SEVERE inconvenience, and bold-faced lie on their part! They may do good work, IF YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY THEM, (according to some reviews listed) but basic respect, establishing a history of "customer service" and treating others how you, yourself expect to be treated, that may earn them future business, they lack, chosing instead, the low road ("whatever loser, if you're not buying from us..." Jason's personally chosen intentions) of immediate gratification and retribution. The owners of Longhorn Truck Accessories would do themselves good, as a business and basic human decency, to look into the lack their staff has in basic morals and ethics. One should ALWAYS wish to be helpful, no matter. It always comes back around We will never do business with them, nor refer ANYONE to them for this disrespect and purposeful, vindictive intent. "What goes around, comes around!" Time evens all things out.
