  Kingdom Auto Repair Service Where do I begin I’m so thankful for you guys. I had a really nasty cv axle and was struggling a lot with my vehicle. I saw the amazing reviews online and said to myself this is the place. I went and wow was the customer service amazing !!! Great people great workers. If you are looking for quality work with awesome prices this is the place for you. Juan is a mechanic pro at the highest level, Kerry thank you so much for your amazing attitude and politeness and shoutout to luciano too. Thank you guys so much. I would give 100 stars if possible.   Took my truck in with check engine light flashing. Told her how the engine would sputter at speed over 40 mph. Also told her that the driver side door lock quit working so could they leave it park inside. She said yes they would. They had the truck from Monday Through Friday. She called me just before closing saying my truck was ready. I rushed and made it before closing. Paid almost $ 700.00 . Within a mile of their shop starting having the same problem and check engine light flashing again. Monday I called and told her and she said no problem bring it back in they will fix it and I already paid. Because of lab test and doctor appointments and Easter holiday they would be close Friday and Monday. Made appointment the following Tuesday. I was there Early before they were open. Left with them. I waited for them to call until late Tuesday. They didn't so I called and was told it's ready. When I got to the office Juan told me that removing the plugs on my truck is difficult to remove and he didn't want to do it. I left there stunned. They repaired my door lock I didn't ask to do and didn't even try fixing the engine which what I asked for and paid . I called and was told I approved to have the door lock repair. Not true. Almost $ 700.00 for a lock repair with engine sputting and check engine light flashing.

  So I went here because of the 5 star rating. But after having my truck there for 5 weeks and being told it would be have to be towed because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it after they replaced the timing chain and high pressure and low pressure fuel pump. And they also said my ac stopped working which I found out after being towed to a ford dealership they forgot to hook up the air compressor correctly after replacing my timing chain. So they told me that it wasn’t running correctly and they were looking at it for five weeks just to charge over 6k to the warranty company and almost 1k from me out of pocket. I had it towed and well they apparently didn’t change out my high pressure fuel pump nor hook up my ac after they did there job. Now I’m out of pocket another 3k because warranty won’t cover an issues already payed for once. Crazy thing is I took it in because I noticed a leak on my transfer case and they told me the cost and I approved it but it never got fixed because they kept saying it was my transmission but it wasn’t my transmission at all the work they said they did didn’t get done correctly or at all because now I’m paying for it again. A very expensive lesson learned here don’t go off how many stars or what pictures appear to be or what Christian base someone claims to be. I work very hard for my money and to be paying again for something that was supposed to be replaced and fixed is crazy. It’s been over 8 weeks I was without my vehicle because of unprofessional service done to my vehicle in the first 5 weeks. Be careful if you go here they will definitely make sure they make a check off you or your warranty company!!

  My car wouldn't start, so I had to get my car towed to a repair shop within a few miles. I had my car fixed at Kingdom 2 years ago and had a great experience so I took it to there again. They said they had to do a diagnostics on it, and there would be a charge for that which would be separate which is pretty standard. After running the diagnostics they said it's something with my timing chain and will most likely need a timing chain replacement. Generally for work like this I always take the dealership, they know their cars the best. So first, even though they were closed they came in on Saturday to open up the back gate so I could get my car towed to the dealership. Then, unbelievably they actually waived the $175 diagnostics fee as well!!! They knew I'm looking at a huge expenditure so they helped me out. They truly are good people, and represent the Kingdom. I normally don't write any reviews but the customer experience with them was so great I felt I must. I definitely recommend this auto repair shop, at the very least you will have a great experience and get an honest assessment done.

  Our daughter's Mustang GT 5.0, broke down heading out of San Antonio to come back home, in Victoria TX. She had someone check it but what they did wasn't the problem. So I looked online for a Mechanic Repair Shop and our Dear God lead me to these amazing people at, Kingdom Auto Repair Service. Carrie is so understanding and helpful. She got us a wrecker to pick the car up and take it to the shop. She called and sent texts with very detailed reports on just about every single thing on the Mustang and within a few minutes she called and text that the car was fixed. They also sent us videos. Thank goodness that they checked the tires too because the car was in need of two front tires. Which Carrie found just what my husband asked for, they went and got the tires and mounted them. The cost was so very reasonable especially when we are on a fixed income. I just know in my heart that, God lead me to Carrie, her family and staff. Y'all all are excellent at what y'all do. Thank all y'all from our family for taking care of our daughter's Mustang and getting her back on the road home. May God Continue to Bless and Protect all y'all and y'all repair shop.
