Absolutely disgusting experience at this dealership — worst I’ve ever had, hands down. I was harassed by two different salespeople the second I stepped on the lot. Didn’t even get a chance to sit down before I felt uncomfortable. A group of employees stood around talking about vulgar, s*xual garbage right in front of me and my daughter. Unbelievable.
Then, to top it off, one of the men spewing that filth strolls over and introduces himself as the GENERAL MANAGER. Our salesman was rude, dismissive, and flat-out refused to work with us. We walked out and couldn’t stop talking the whole way home about how disturbing the whole thing was.
Here’s the kicker: my daughter looked up “Devon,” the so-called general manager — and he’s a registered s*x offender. A s*x offender is walking around this dealership representing the company, talking like that in front of families and children. Shame on this dealership for letting him anywhere near customers, and shame on management for failing to vet their own staff. Do NOT bring your family here.
I never ever write bad reviews but this I felt needed to be shared.
My family and I have used Jordan Ford for years. We have bought over 7 brand new cars from them over the years. I took my 2019 Mustang in the other day for an oil change, tune up, rear brakes replaced and the line bled. I noticed my brakes were feeling a little off while driving it home but figured it would be ok. The next day having the same issue with my brakes (they would lose pressure very slowly as I had my foot on the brake) I decided I would take it back in on my next day off. Then the next day as I am heading into work my brake fluid light goes off and I now know I am in trouble. I drive straight to ford (with my hand on the e brake just in case.). I told them something was wrong and I need them to check it out. I am now out of a car and late to work because I have to wait for my sister to come pick me up. I ask the rep is there any compensation for this total inconvenience of having to drive to the dealership again and now I am going to be late for work. I was told no “we will fix this issue if we caused it but you will not get anything else” for their mess up. Well surprise surprise they didn’t tighten the brake line after they bled it so every time I hit the brakes I was losing brake fluid. If this is how Jordan wants to treat their customers that have bought from them exclusively over the last several years it seems to me time to start looking for a new dealership. This could have been very bad for me if it had happened while on the freeway and I no longer have brakes. In my opinion this was totally avoidable but they didn’t seem to have a care in the world how scary this could have been.
We brought our vehicle in for a diagnostic assessment due to some operational concerns. The findings indicated a more significant issue than initially expected. Mr. Greg, our service advisor, facilitated a remarkably smooth process. Initially, the situation presented considerable stress and inconvenience, particularly given that the initial repair estimate exceeded our budgetary provisions. Mr. Greg proactively engaged with Ford, successfully advocating for the application of the Ford promise. His efforts in this regard were instrumental, enabling us to proceed with the necessary repairs from a financial standpoint. This resolution provided substantial relief, especially with the impending school year and the preparations for our children. He maintained diligent communication with us and the technician, providing regular updates throughout the process to ensure the vehicle's proper and efficient servicing. I highly recommend Jordan Ford for all automotive service requirements, and I extend particular gratitude to Mr. Greg for his exceptional support. Should future vehicle service needs arise, we will confidently entrust them to Mr. Greg and the Jordan Ford team.
Would love to put negative stars if that were possible because we bought our van less then two months ago and we just had to pay over $8000 to replace the transmission (with no help or sympathy from Jordan Ford).
Two days after we purchased and had brought it back for them to fix the armrest that was broken at purchase I had mentioned it drove weird and the check engine light had come on… they said it wasn’t an issue and it was just because the gas tank didn’t have a cover and that none of them do on these vehicles.
Fast forward a month and a half later and the vehicle completely flatlined and broke down on the highway and after calling they said there’s nothing they’d do for us because we didn’t have the warranty

I purchased my Ford Escape 2015 from here July 16th. The process itself took roughly two weeks, because the car had A/C issues, which I appreciate them letting me know before hand. Which was fine by me either way, because they gave me their word they were going to fix said issues and leave the A/C like "new." The General Manager personally called me a week in, to let me know how the process was going, which again I did appreciate. I felt confident in my purchase because again the GM told me he appreciated my patience through out the wait, because he didn't feel right selling me a car that may have the A/C go out anytime soon. Especially during the Texas heat.. so he wanted to make sure everything was done right. Meaning no more A/C issues. Unfortunately here I am roughly 3 weeks later with no working A/C in my car :( . Just air. Kinda stinks, because I feel I was lied to in the end. Although I will add that I did enjoy the salesman who helped me Mr. Steve Nichols, he was great.
