- TTTay TayMay 12, 20261.0I went in asking for my brakes to be checked. I was told they were almost metal to metal. As I was sitting there I remembered that I went to Midas about a year or two ago and found it hard to believe they were that bad. They guy offered to replace them if I went and saw his friend at Auto zone bought the parts and brought the car back. So I went straight to midas as I was upset as my brakes should not be that bad. They lifted my vehicle and showed me how great of a condition they were actually in. The management needs to do a thorough review of who they are hiring and the back door scams their employee(s) are offering guest behind their backs. I am extremely disappointed yet grateful I did not listen to the liar. I will be doing a Trip Advisor review as well in hopes to save someone. As this is unacceptable, they saw a single lady and truly tried to take advantage of me. In addition, I never got my 50% off discount for the oil change I will NEVER go back here and NEVER recommend.

The head mechanic Cesar quoted me 195 for an 02 sensor and I found the exact piece at O’Reilleys for a fraction of the cost. He even lied about not offering military discounts. I would avoid unless you want to be charged double the amount and have to deal with unprofessional attitudes! When I offered to buy my own piece he immediately became dismissive and got an attitude when I declined to buy it there.
