    My recent visit to Jiffy lube on Grissom was excellent. While they changed my oil the worker checked my car underneath and saw several things wrong with my car. I was so appreciative for the great information he gave me and helped me so much in something bad happening to my car. I took my car immediately to my mechanic to fix the bad things that were wrong with my car. The guys their always do an outstanding job!! Thank you all and keep up the great work!!

    This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had with an automotive shop. I brought my 2017 Chevrolet Traverse in for an oil change, transmission fluid service, and to have the engine air filter replaced. The service felt rushed, but what I discovered afterward was unacceptable. When I opened the hood myself to check the work, the old air filter was still installed even though I paid for a replacement. Even worse, the air intake hose had been left disconnected. Leaving an intake hose disconnected is not a small mistake — it allows unfiltered air into the engine and can cause serious engine damage. This is basic work that should never be overlooked, and the fact that a customer had to catch it raises serious concerns about the competence and quality control at this location. Despite this issue earlier in the day, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned later to have spark plugs installed because I had been told that morning when the mechanic would be available. I came back based on the hours I was given, expecting the service could be completed. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. I was told a mechanic would be available at different times — first around 9:30 AM, then 10 AM, then 11 AM. After I dropped my vehicle off so waiting most of the day, I until I received a call at 2:13 PM telling me they couldn’t get to my vehicle at all, despite the shop being open until 6 PM. On top of that, I was told that during the spark plug job a gasket might break and that they “wouldn’t know if the replacement gasket might break as well.” That explanation alone made me question whether the technician was confident or qualified to perform the work. Between charging for services that weren’t performed, leaving my engine intake disconnected, wasting hours of my time, and giving vague explanations about potential damage during routine maintenance, this experience was unacceptable. I strongly recommend that management or a district manager review what is happening at this location. Customers should not have to verify that paid services were completed correctly or worry about whether their vehicle was reassembled properly.

    Had air in tires and windshield wipers changed. They were very courteous fast and efficient, they even cleaned my windshield...great job guys!!!
