Despite receiving confirmation that a check would be issued, I have yet to receive it, and my subsequent attempts to resolve this have been highly unprofessional. During my follow-up calls, I experienced the following: - I was transferred multiple times without receiving clear answers. - I was placed on hold for over three hours in total. - I received conflicting information regarding the status of my refund. - I was informed the check had not been mailed because my address needed to be confirmed, yet I was never contacted to provide this information. - A representative eventually hung up on me. I am now being told that I must wait for additional processing time plus another 7–10 business days for delivery. This delay is unacceptable given that the refund was approved weeks ago. I believe that everyone encounters challenges or makes mistakes at some point in their professional life. However, I am concerned that a single past error is being used as a justification for unprofessional treatment. It is important that all customers are treated with respect and dignity, regardless of previous setbacks. I am bringing this to your attention in the hope that leadership can review these circumstances and take the necessary steps to ensure a professional and fair environment for customers.
