  I purchased a new water pump for an isx on 7/1/26. I thought I was receiving a brand new water pump. Apparently I wasn't it looked like somebody had returned that pump when I got out to my job site. An hour away when I was installing the pump, I noticed there was rust inside the pump housing and the o-ring that seal for the water pump to the housing was broken. I couldn't use it, so I had to pickup, all my tools. Get back in my truck and drive back. Of course. By that hour Holt international is closed So Rush peterbuilt saved my day. I was able to purchase a new o ring at Rush. When I went back the next day to return my core at Holt international. And I told them my situation, all they offered was a $26 refund. When I wasted an extra 4 hours of time. I lost two road calls, and a 1/2 a tank of fuel. Their reply was their prices are low enough as it is and they couldn't take any kind of loss. I understand nobody likes to take a loss. But if you're purchasing a brand new item from a store from a dealer, there should be some kind of backing on that. But there isn't you're basically on your own From here on, if I can buy parts for an international. Somewhere else I will and try not to buy from this Holt International dealer in San Antonio, Tx. People open your boxes, watch what you're buying from holt international in san antonio. The way I see it the customer is wrong And the customer has to take the loss.

  I've been coming here for decades and though ownership has changed hands most of the folks in the shop are the same. Ryan, Avery, Jared and Craig runs service and always get me and my guys squared away. I consider a lot of the mechanics from Jim, Russell and Jerry in the Bus Barn to Mike, Larry, Mark, Aaron, Todd in the truck shop as well as the guys in the body shop friends as long as we've been dealing with each other.   Horrible place.. went in there to look at buying 3 trucks . They were too busy talking to help then when found someone .. oh no one here .. Did not try to call and see when someone would be back or not… It was like I was bothering gossip hour. Horrible place …

  I purchased my truck in May. From May until now it has been in the shop 37 days and spent 6000.00 in maintenance. And truck is still not running correctly. They called me to let me know it needs another 2000.00 in maintenance. If I could give them zero stars I would.. International brand of trucks are terrible. Santex maintenance shop is even worse. Front desk has incompetent people working there. They tell you they will call the next day and it doesn'thappen. My truck sat there for a 3 weeks before someone looked at it.
