  I’m not one to complain but shower sanitation conditions should be improved upon. Drivers truly depend on these places to be as clean as possible. We cannot afford to fall ill while on the road. Visiting a doctor is not easy to do with a trailer and not all drivers can afford to risk our trailer being stolen if we disconnect and drive bobtail to a doctor. Not to mention, even without the trailer, most of us are still 13’6” tall and still cannot fit into too many clinic parking lots. Please take better care of your facilities, as we depend on you for our health when getting cleaned up. 🙏

  Temporarily the tire shop is closed at night and on weekends. Call ahead to be sure they are open.

  One of the best Pilot truck stop I’ve been to! Very clean,spacious and well maintained.The showers are large and clean and there’s plenty of parking with lots of room to maneuver.The staff is also very friendly,polite and helpful. Overall,a great place for truck drivers to stop and rests

  This place is giving me the run around for money I paid and didn't realize the gas pump had not pumped the gas. I put to automatic pump while I washed my windows. I heard the pump click, replaced the nozzle and left. I noticed hours later after spending the day out on the drive home that my gas gage was off, then my gas empty warning turned on. So I started thinking. I called them up and a man answered. I explained and he told me my $25 was still sitting on the pump. I told him I live in Ssn Antonio and don't know when I will be back. So he told me he had my name and phone and will put in a drawer. This was July 1st. I went back on July 24th and was told had to wait for management waited 2 hours, then I was told they had to check the cameras. The rent check the cameras and everything. Then came back and said because it was Cash they weren't authorized to give me cash that I had to wait for another manager in the meantime they're keeping me there spending all this time waiting. I told them I needed to leave and for good faith I would give my debit card for them to bill if they don't have the cash. I knew I was being honest. I showed them my timeline history, my call log and it all matched. I told look at the camera you will see me walking around the car washing my windows. I mean seriously who comes up with a story like this. Everyone was pretty nice until this guy Grank comes in and what a jerk. He says he wasn't from that store he was a GM. So I said if you're not from that store then you need to step aside and stay out of it he would not stop, he was aggressive he was just a jerk. So I went to my car and I called corporate office of course I'm told they could take a message and they would do an email and whatnot so again there's another thing the corporate office can help and apparently their franchise so they have their own district office but the corporate office doesn't have the phone number for the district office. I had told them I wanted to make a report and Frank is saying we don't make reports I said what if someone was injured we make reports for that I said well then you can make a report for this. I said you get a blank piece of paper and you write down what happened. So the corporate office told me get employees names write down what happened and then we contact them. I go back and the employees began to give me their names and here comes Frank again quit harassing my employees he's telling me I said your employees you said you're a general manager you don't work here. He says I never said I was a general manager I said well you said you were a GM he said that's a general merchandiser. I said well big difference like as if I know I don't work here I said and you're pushing yourself around her like you were a general manager so you need to step aside he refused. I told him I spoke to the customer corporate office he says no you didn't I'll go call them right now so I go back to my car and Harry comes tap it on my car window with his face in my window. That was it that was the straw that broke the camel's back. He shoves this piece of paper with a phone number on it I took it and I drove off I have called the store three times since then, to request and ask where is my money. Everyone has apologized has been real nice I even told them roll back the cameras I am not a person who likes chaos. You will see there is no being rude nothing I just went with the flow. They could look at the time that I called and look at the camera to find out who the man was who I spoke to. Vacation the people who are on that shift that night find my money customer is always right. I have still not received my money I still have not received a phone call back. And I will continue to call until they refund me. So go across the street to Stripes you'll get better customer service and they don't rip you off
