  This location is always friendly and the service is quick. Patrick is great! He explains everything and made suggestions, but did not try to up sale or push services that weren’t needed. Go see Patrick for you car service.

  Quick, efficient, informative and cheaper than Jiffy Lube but just as thorough. Patrick was super focused on what he was doing but would not be so tunnel visioned that he could t answer any questions I had!

  Second time coming to this location and I’ve had a great experience both times. The first time I came in for an oil change, and I was impressed by how thorough they were. They checked everything headlights, brake lights, tires, fluids and really took the time to make sure everything looked good. They definitely went above and beyond. The second time, I came back to get my headlights swapped out, and once again the service was great. Shoutout to Austin and James and the entire team. Customer service was top tier everyone was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend this location. Thanks again to the whole team!

  This place is wonderful, thank you Mason, Steve and another guy for your friendly, kindness. I came on Tuesday, they said it is Lady's day and I will get $5 off. The job is done in 15 mn, I stayed in my car, they gave me a cold bottle water, clean my front and back windshield, check my battery, check my engine filter, check my front and back light....Finally, Steve also gave me a red rose for special day. Thank you very much, I will come back next time.

  I usually go to the oem dealer for all maintenance but it seems every dealer i try is always swamped, slow, and the level of service keeps getting worse and worse. Ive always avoided any place that has a symonym for the word fast in their name. The number of horror stories you hear from the service obtained at these style of places has kept me away for 40 years. Until today. I kept reading the great reviews at this location (and the rest) and decided to give them a try for one of the spare cars that don't get driven very much. Let me say i was very very positively and pleasantly surprised with the level of service and expertise at this facility. Patrick explained the extensive training they go through and the multiple levels of mistake proofing they have in place. He also kept me informed every minute i was there about the work being done while i set inside the car. After today, Im thinking about doing all my service there for all the rest of my cars. No more sitting at a dealership for nearly 4 hours for a simple oil change. Thank you Patrick and the team on dove creek!
