  I deducted a star for various reasons. - I understand reusable energy fuels & recharges EVs at charge stations, so reducing as much of the carbon footprint as possible is a thoughtless thing to ask. HOWEVER, charge stations NOT ACCEPTING cash payments & authorizing $55 on card each time you charge. I didn't use rental EV long enough to complete a membership offered via EV charging application, that paying small cost ultimately saves you most $ possible on charging costs that each session despiste it's length charges base fee upon use in addition to amount of time Charged + cost per min depending on times of day. I also would like if authorizing $55 happens on first time used card payment, then reduced to $30-40 after using particular card as payment. I didn't research enough on app if paying for EV charging plan weekly allowed use of saved payments on app profile via phone wallet tapping and allows payments & no autorization usually held for few days before adjusted. This location is at a Target Store, which is nice if needing to use bathroom, shop & kill time or wall to nearby restaurants. It'd be nice if being picked up from EV Charge stations on a ride share app credited so many miles or $. i. e. Lyft, Uber credit or discounted rate when pickup at any EV Charge stations addresses.

  It was not crowded, all equipment seemed to be working, the screen was scratched and hard to read but since all I had to do was plug in, it was adequately readable.

  Need coverd parking for when it rains and more lightening, security would help at most locations since it's cheaper at later hours

  The two center ones work. However all the remaining do not. Also why hasn’t district council woman hasn’t asked the city for more charging points around the west side and south side?
