  Ben is phenomenal! He is very professional, knowledgeable and, friendly. He went above and beyond to help us get the correct truck for what we were towing.

  Multiple times using this location at lakeside parkway and everytime gets worse. I reserved a truck 2 months ago for a trip with my family. They call an hour before my appointment to tell me they don't have a truck for me and that they called all over town and no one has one. I called another store on my own and guess what, they had a truck. They blame the website for all of their mistakes.

  I was not informed of any same-day up charge prior to arrival, and the reserved vehicle was unavailable at the location despite the confirmed reservation.

  I was disappointed by my recent experience at this Enterprise branch. I reserved an SUV the day before, but upon arrival the following morning, I was informed that only a compact vehicle was available. I explained that I would be driving extensively over the next two days and had meetings scheduled in two different cities, which is why I specifically selected an SUV. While the staff member stated that he understood my concern, I was told that the compact vehicle was the only vehicle available. If SUVs are not truly available, they should not be listed as options in the reservation system. My company has partnered with Enterprise for 14 years, and I have generally had very positive experiences. However, this branch did not provide the level of service and reliability I have come to expect. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
