  Belle provided exceptional customer service at the Enterprise on Westwood Loop in San Antonio. She was friendly, professional, and made the rental process quick and easy. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made for a great experience. She’s a true asset to Enterprise, and I’ll gladly rent from this location again. Thank you, Belle!

  Did the pre-check in order to speed up the process. Which was a complete waste of time and did not speed up anything once I was in store. Time at the counter was speedy and promising but then I continued to wait an additional 35 minutes before receiving any more service. Guests came and went without reservations long before I recieved my vehicle. Not sure why they stuck me with the only busy agent while three of them stared at me while I patiently waited, even when I asked if someone else could assist me with my reservation. What should have been a quick process instead ended up stalling my travels by 50 minutes. The Westwood Loop location clearly does not value their guest's time nor have any sense of urgency.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Car Rental. I reserved a vehicle through their website, which clearly showed that a car was available at my selected location. However, about 30–40 minutes later, I received a call from the location informing me that they did not actually have a car available and suggested that I check other locations instead. When I asked why their website allowed me to reserve a vehicle that wasn't available, I was told that their system uses AI and that it works differently. The result was that I did not get the vehicle I reserved and needed. If you truly need a rental car, I would not rely on their reservation system. A reservation should mean that a vehicle is actually available and waiting for you. Unfortunately, that was not the case. What makes this even more frustrating is that this has happened to me twice. After two similar experiences, I have lost confidence in their reservation system and will not be renting from Enterprise again. I would recommend finding a more reliable company that can provide the vehicle you reserved.

  Was sent here by my insurance company due to my car being hit. They made a claim reservation at 11. When we got there at 12 there was a long line and when we finally got to the desk at 1224 Eileen told us she could not help us even though she pulled us up in her system because we had to make a reservation online. She had to help all the people behind us that had a different reservation they made online even though she found our information. She was able to give 3 other people a car and we waited and waited for her to only suggest we make a reservation on Monday because they were too busy. If you are too busy then your location needs to have more people on a weekend when most people are off. If you are in a car accident situation don't come here the staff here doesn't care and other people will be seen as more of a priority.

  I’ve rented with enterprise before at different locations. I’ve never had a problem till I went to the one in alamo ranch. I had told the worker I didn’t want the enterprise insurance with the vehicle I was renting and made it clear. I did the usual signing at the end of the vehicle inspection before getting my keys. When it came down to paying the worker said I need to pay $145, which was weird. I had told the worker I usually pay $50 for the vehicle deposit. He said,” they changed it to $145 and I’ll get my money back when I return the vehicle.” A couple days later I was given a call by that location saying I owe them $250. They claimed I opted for the insurance, even though I had told them no. Their response was “Well you signed the paper so you have to pay it. You have no choice.” They also have threatened to call the police and file a missing vehicle report if I don’t pay the balance and return the vehicle. This was 7 months ago and I’m still dealing with this situation.
