  Seamless coordination between Enterprise and repair services. Repair shop even returned the car to Enterprise!

  There are four star rating must be from a previous manager and previous team. Manager is not very helpful. We got stranded in an Enterprise car with a flat tire at our airbnb. We called Enterprise and they got a toe out to pick up the vehicle and an Uber for us to go to the Enterprise location and pick up our replacement rental vehicle. We get there and the manager started acting standoffish telling us he didn't receive any requests. And instead of him getting on the phone and talking with Enterprise Personnel to resolve the issue he made us have to figure it out on the phone and get Enterprise to send him some email so that he could finally release a vehicle to us. This Is Not Great customer service in my opinion. We should not be having to do admin work for enterprise. We should just be able to tell you our car is broken down get an Uber to your location and pick up our new vehicle immediately and be on our way. Ridiculous. Then once we were here for 3 hours the manager finally got on the phone and helped. Now we are waiting to see if we can get back on the road.

  This review really covers multiple locations but leaving the review here because this is where the issues started. We called the day of to reserve a car, and the reservation was confirmed. We even received a confirmation email. When we were in our uber, on the way to pick up the car, the location called and said they didn’t have any cars. Our uber had to reroute, which obviously cost extra. We ended up going to the airport to pick up a car, which also has an extra fee. At the airport enterprise we confirmed, TWO times, the drop off location would be this location, which is the enterprise near our hotel. When we were done with the vehicle we went to enter the address into the GPS that was listed on the paperwork. It was the wrong enterprise location. We took it back to the location on the paperwork (Broadway location) and told them the situation and the guy simply said “No problem, just take it to that location.” So, we loaded back up and went to the final location (this location). We let them know the issues of the day and the employee said “We will pin it back to the Broadway location they can reach out to you.” Overall, a very frustrating experience with additional costs. Corporate was notified.
