    Had a great experience with the entire rental process. Someone was available to pick me up for the rental and drop me off after I returned the car which was a big help. Rudy was a huge help as well and did a wonderful job making sure all of my questions were answered.

    My insurance rented a car for me at the lowest level. The car wasn’t terrible and they upgraded me after I had already rented the car. All locations I called made it impossible for me to exchange it and they told me to go back to the location I rented from. It took 18 days to get my car back. I had to cancel two road trips because there was no way I could drive this car four hours on a highway. All the locations I called didn’t want to hold a car for me not even after the upgrade. I’m not happy with Enterprise although it was the only place I rented from for many years.not anymore.
