Giving this 2 stars because your employee tried their best, but why do you not have more employees working the morning of a long weekend? As I write this, I have been waiting for ONE HOUR past my pickup time because you have a single employee running new rentals and returns. Why do you not have an early crew that gets all the AM cars prepped and ready right outside the office? How are you THIS inefficient?

Called to have a car picked up said they had one available no extras took an Uber down to pick it up and first the address on here is completely wrong so they had to drive around to find it... then I get here and they dont have the car they promised and are trying to up charge me for a car I didn't want and now I have to take an Uber back home so even more money wasted... and when I asked for a manager they lied and said no one but himself was in the store. Then not even 5 seconds later another employee comes in from showing another customer a car so untrustworthy as all hell. Stay away from this rental place

Today I picked up a vehicle from this Enterprise location while my car was being repaired through an insurance claim that was covering 100% of the rental cost.
When I arrived, I was greeted kindly and asked to wait while they found a vehicle for me. The staff brought out an SUV, walked around it with me, and inspected it for any existing scratches or damage. Since my rental was being handled through insurance, I assumed the vehicle provided was fully covered under the approved rental agreement.
Unfortunately, at no point during the process was I informed that I was being placed into a larger vehicle that would result in an additional daily charge. I only discovered the extra fee after reviewing the rental agreement that was emailed to me after I had already left the location.
Concerned about the unexpected charge, I called customer service and was informed that I could return the vehicle and exchange it for a smaller car to avoid the additional cost. While I appreciate that a solution was available, I believe the upgrade charge should have been clearly explained before I signed the agreement and drove away.
The staff was friendly, but better communication regarding pricing and vehicle upgrades would have made for a much better customer experience.
For anyone renting through an insurance claim, I recommend asking whether the vehicle being provided falls within the insurance company’s approved rental allowance and whether there will be any out-of-pocket charges before leaving the lot. It could save you from unexpected fees later.
I will be returning the vehicle later today to exchange it for one that falls within the insurance-approved rate. I’m hopeful that process goes smoothly, and if it does, it will certainly improve my overall experience with this location.

The best thing that could have happened, happened! There’s new management at this Enterprise location and it would appear that it’s an actual human being who listens to customers and even appears to have empathy.
Now this isn’t some novel new approach to customer service, but it is unheard of at this Enterprise location. Erica Sanchez is the new branch manager at this location and she didn’t once speak to me, my family, or ANY other customer as though we annoyed, bothered or vexed her with the perplexities associated with being an Enterprise customer.
On Friday, June 19th, I saw Erica superbly and professionally handle a customer in person, a phone call with someone who I assume was “corporate” ; all while utilizing a desktop and dealing with another employee. To say that was impressive is an understatement, and it’s ABOUT TIME Enterprise brought in someone like Erica Sanchez…now, please hire more help for her! Terrific Job!!!

I booked a rental with this branch months ago. I’ve stopped by several times to try and add a driver to the reservation and every single time, I get a different story and the wrong answers.
Yesterday I stopped by and finally told them I had enough of them not giving me the correct answer and told Elisha at this point I’m being jerked around. I did use a different term. However that’s exactly how I feel. She also thought it was funny that I called her Alisha and said her name wrong. I asked her why the smirk and she told me I said her name wrong. My reply to that is. Wear a name tag. That could be helpful.
Well today I get a call from Ben, and he tells me my van rental is being cancelled due to them not having the stock to fill the reservation. I booked months ago! I’m supposed to pick up a 12 person van and take my family on vacation.
Ben offered no solution, no remorse and absolutely no accountability. I drove by this location daily and I know they always have passengers vans there. Atleast 5+.
I called customer service and the rep was able to find 2 locations with the van. She booked 2 other reservations, she told me the rental price is today’s price and not my previous book price. She told me I can try to get them to honor my price from months ago!
Again, this does not help me! Why should I have to fight for a price I locked in and a vehicle I thought was secured.
This branch is very unprofessional. The manager does not care about commitment to clients and def. Has an issue with over booking. None of the employees are on the same page.
I’ll never use enterprise again, I’ll never recommend them to anyone
The customer service rep had a great idea. She mentioned when she ran a branch, and this happened. She would offer the renter 2 smaller vans for the price of one. Ben didn’t even offer me a car freshener. I’m very disappointed in what’s supposed to be the best rental company on the states!
