Bald tires in front and bad wheel bearing. We would not rental from that location again. Very poor customer service and vehicles in poor condition.

I picked up my rental vehicle in Michigan, where I live, and while I was on my way to my destination, I received a message stating that the vehicle required maintenance and needed an oil change. I reached out for assistance, and Erica went above and beyond to make sure the issue was handled. What stood out to me most is that I never had to physically step foot inside an Enterprise location, nor have I ever met Erica in person, yet she still made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. She communicated with me, assisted me through the process, and made sure the vehicle issue was corrected without making the situation stressful or inconvenient for me. I truly appreciate Erica’s professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. Her customer service made a situation that could have been frustrating much easier, and I feel that she deserves recognition for the excellent service she provided. Thank you, Erica, for making sure I was taken care of every step of the way!
