  I have multiple reviews listed, and today definitely tops my other recent experiences. I was semi-hopeful when I walked in. Even though there was a little bit of a line, I did see one of the more seasoned staff members at this location and was hopeful she might bring back some of the positive experiences I was used to. Then someone else showed up and started assigning duties, so I assume she was part of the regional management team. I did appreciate that, while coordinating things, she at least gave people a heads-up about how backed up they were. Still, an hour is wild though. Yes, an unexpected repair to the car was needed, but the overall process sad. I also appreciated the management person encouraging other customers to consider other companies and/or the airport location. The problem is that, while you may get to your car sooner at the airport, the process of actually leaving the garage is still a pain, and the airport location also requires a higher deposit. I guess I should appreciate that she at least indirectly communicated that this is probably going to continue to be a less than smooth process at this location orrr maybe with this brand in general.

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. My rental vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready when I arrived. What impressed me most was the outstanding customer service. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a great experience. Returning the vehicle was just as easy as picking it up. I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for a reliable rental car company. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you for making the experience so easy!

  Should’ve known better than to try this location again less than a week after my last review. Unfortunately, I already had a reservation here before my previous bad experience. When I arrived today, there was staff available to help me right away, which I appreciated. However, when I asked about using my Gold tier status for an upgrade, I was told that was only for Emerald members … which I am, but that’s with a completely different rental company!! I was simply told Enterprise doesn’t do that. There was no mention of not having an upgrade available or needing manager approval just that it wasn’t something they offered. After taking the vehicle I had reserved, I called Enterprise customer service. The representative confirmed that Enterprise does offer upgrades for Gold tier members. He apologized that I had been given incorrect information and said I had followed the correct process. Then asked if there was anything else he could help with. While I appreciated the apology, there was no indication that anyone would follow up with the local branch to correct the misinformation or help prevent the same thing from happening to the next customer. Then they seemed to be in a hurry to get off the line, when I asked if there was going to be any effort to follow up with the unaware location. Oh well I shouldn’t be surprised.

  Ordinarily, this has been a great location, which is why this experience was so disappointing. For the first time, I received a confirmation call before my rental, and they even offered to pick me up. Unfortunately, when the scheduled pickup time came, no one arrived. When I called the branch, it didn’t seem like anyone was expecting me to need a ride. I ended up taking an Uber to the location, called to let them know I was on my way, and explained that I was now behind schedule. When I arrived, there were no employees in sight, only other customers waiting. Honestly, it would have been a better experience if the ride had never been offered in the first place. I understand businesses get busy, but I’d rather have realistic expectations than a promise that isn’t followed through on. Please don’t have regional management contact me regarding this review. Over the years, those conversations have rarely resulted in meaningful resolution, and I’d rather my feedback simply be used to improve the customer experience. If service recovery is going to happen, it should actually resolve the issue rather than just acknowledge it. Despite this experience, I’m tied to Enterprise for my work rentals. That said, I’ll most likely be switching to a different Enterprise location in the future.
