  Update: I called 1st thing Monday morning and spoke with Jewel and she apologized and said she understood and refunded the unauthorized charges to my credit card account .. I was expecting a refund from my deposit and They blindsided me with additional charges which were not discussed or disclosed at time of rental..and did unauthorized charges way over the amount paid plus deposit to my credit card at time of rental. My insurance was covering rental and I requested a different vehicle..I was told it would be an extra $4 /day .. I agreed to the $4/day and they charged me $40 for 10 days, plus a $50 deposit..I had the vehicle for 16 days ..which should have been $64 total.. After the vehicle was dropped off I was told over the phone when I called last week about my refund and was told I had a balance and not a refund due.They said they were for taxes and other fees..None of which I was told were in addition to the $4/day that I agreed to..otherwise I would have just gotten the car that my insurance was covering. I disputed that and was told they would get with a manager..Then today I see that they charged my credit card an additional unauthorized charge $127.xx..The office is currently closed so I can't call at this time..But, I am disputing these unauthorized charges with my bank.

  Location was down the hwy from the repair shop. While they didn’t have the car I requested on the lot they had the car the next day and traded it out on the same ticket.

  1st, original reservation was at the airport. Had hours that were going to work with my schedule. Got there and cant use debit card there. EVERY OTHER store, not there. (They dont say anything about that on line) Go to the one less then a mile from my house. No cars. They refer me down the rd. Finally got a car. Drove to Dallas. Coming home, car breaks down in Temple. Had to pull on shoulder in rush hour traffic right were an on ramp and highway meet. Call them and i Had to drive an overheating car to another location. Make it there. Had to transfer all my stuff (helping a friend move so a lot of stuff) from one car to the other. Finally make it home. Next morning Had to be late to work cuz the place I rented the car that broke down from, had a gate so couldn't just drop it off Had to wait til they opened. Then there was construction and couldn't get to it. Called them to say running late cuz of that and got "yes we know about the construction so we wont charge you for being late" Charge me. HELL im lucky I made it back at all cuz of their car!. Literally drove around for an hour while GPS took me 4 different routes to the same blocked rd. Called again, and same women tells me. "You have to park at the gas station, go talk to the police that are there, and they will move the barrels. Thats what I did this morning. " She tells me this an hour after I've been driving around. So i do that but the cop says cant do it here have to go up and around and THAT cop can help you. MISS MY TURN but wound up on a street i could see Enterprise but still couldn't get there. Now im an hour and 45 min late to work. CALL AGAIN and tell them where i am and can they just have someone come get this car. Im late, im frustrated, its morning rush hour traffic off of 35 in San Antonio and Ive had someone else following me this whole time to pick me up after I drop off the car. I get told NO. It's Saturday and they would be short handed if they did that. I mean I could literally SEE the parking lot of the store but it was gated off and I would have to go the wrong way down the frontage rd to get there. But then the guy (this time) who tells me no, tells me "but you can drop it off at any location." ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Nobody thought to mention that 2 hrs and 2 phone calls ago. So i wound up taking it back to the location less then a mile from my house, where I had tried to get it from to start with after the airport disaster. And not one apology the whole time. Not one ounce of empathy or helpful information. So no, I was NOT SATISFIED with my rentals experience with ENTERPRISE.

  I love Enterprise car rentals! I used them when I worked for the State n use them now for personal travel. The staff are always nice n if there's a problem with rental or condition of car, they always find a solution.
