The staff is unprofessional and nobody has time for that. The worst offender was “Genesis” with “Juan” being a close second. Genesis might consider living up to her name and starting over at Chapter One: Smile. Chapter Two: Basic Courtesy. Chapter Three: Treat Customers Like They’re Not Interrupting Your Day. The interaction wasn’t explosive — just consistently cold, which somehow makes it more impressive. Juan was not rude but I could tell he was not happy working there. Both of their actions indicate to me it’s a direct result of poor management. If you want great service and friendly employees, go to 6318 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio, TX 78216. I ended up swapping my car there and the difference was immediate. Same company. Completely different atmosphere. Friendly, efficient, and clearly better managed.
