  SAT airport location. Many brand new vehicles to choose from without long lines. One of the best rental experiences Ii have ever had. Great job on my way out and on the return!

  Turned away with a valid license, military ID, and my own credit card I've rented from Enterprise before using my temporary driver's license with no issues. This time I was told a new policy means temporary licenses are no longer accepted. My wife then offered to put the reservation in her name, but they wouldn't let her use my credit card because her name isn't on it. So I'm the cardholder, standing at the counter with my military ID and my new temporary license, and I still couldn't rent a car. Between the two of us we had valid ID, a valid license, and a valid card, and we still walked out without a car. I'll be using Hertz from now on.

  Very comfortable car. Great fuel economy. Electronic sensors for lane changes, and blind spot sensors, and proximity sensors. So the car was always watching out for me.

  Amazing customer service. My business partner Had an issue with a rental in another state , and this man named Zion Wood, took solid car of my partner. Customer service is definitely a top priority here and I'll recommend anyone to come here.

  Horrible service, forgot the kids name but just rude and no help whatsoever. Came back from an international flight exhausted and ready to go home from a car rental service I’ve always used. And the kid, forgot his name, couldn’t offer a way to help us out and get a vehicle. Not sure if I’ll use enterprise again more so the one from San Antonio international airport. Garbage. And left us stranded btw.
