  Staff was alright car was great though. Desk personnel could be a little bit more up beat. People on the floor escorting you to cars are super easy and chill. Reserved a mid size suv and ended up with a nice GTI with less than 10k on the dash. Definitely will recommend to others.

  When I rented the vehicle I had picked up my family with it and loaded it up with our stuff and started our road trip and the engine light turned on. I took it back to where I picked up and they were able to give me another vehicle with no problems and the managers were very respectful and were sorry that it had happened and had taken care of us properly. We were in and out within 20 mins. Definitely would rent from there again.

  I had chosen a premium SUV, due to needing to have 8 seats. No where did anything specify that I was REQUIRED to use a credit card. I contacted enterprise 2x specifically asking if I could use a debit card, and everyone said yes. No one ever alluded to the fact that some vehicles MUST have a credit card. I did not find out until pick up that I could not ha e anything above a minivan with debit. As someone that does not use credit, this was extremely irritating. However, the woman that helped me, and her supervisor, were wonderful at being calm, kind and explaining everything to me. They found a solution that would fit my needs. Once I went down to pick up, they were extremely busy. I was told they would show my a couple options for vehicles. They showed me 1, which was fine. Pointed to it, I said yes, they said ok, keys are inside, and we parted ways. At drop off, the lovely woman that checked in my van was wonderful, kind and on top of her job. Overall, there were frustrations that happened, but the staff at San Antonio Airport Enterprise went above expectations to help make my rental experience worth it. Thank you
