- RARebecca Aleman3 days ago1.0I guess it was my fault for not reading the fine lines but whenever I rented from Enterprise I was always told I had to replace the gas and I guess I should have known better but the manager should have told me that so that I didn't have to over pay for gas! Not ok especially since it was the manager giving me the vehicle 😕

Let's just i had an "issue" with the vehicle and with the texting options available for assistance, I was able to reach out and within 24 hours I was taken care of. They were able to get me a replacement vehicle and returning process was fast easy and simple.
