Todd worked hard to get me a truck when other locations said they couldn’t. Kudos for the effort!

Absolutely terrible experience. We got an 8 seat car after a one hour drive it started shaking violently and dangerously. We pulled over and called enterprise they said they’d send a tow truck and a car for us. We wait an hour and no phone call came no car came. We call and zero action has been started. We are told we have to get a tow truck then call an uber to the nearest enterprise and there will be a car waiting for us. So we wait another 40 minutes for a tow truck, meanwhile we call the enterprise to ensure there is a car waiting because we don’t trust in the company anymore. Sure enough we call the closest enterprise and they don’t have a car for us . They tell us to go 40 minutes to the airport instead. And the airport doesn’t have an eight person car. They only have a five person car. Now we cannot even get an uber. Now we have been stranded for over three hours at a gas station sitting on the sidewalk getting bit by fire ants, with all of our luggage, four adults, and A FIVE YEAR OLD. This is a terrible experience and enterprise is trying to blame roadside assistance, but it is enterprise responsibility to help us with our car and transportation and they are not doing that.
