After an accident, my insurance covered a standard-sized rental vehicle. Upon arrival, I was provided with a Jeep, as it was the only vehicle available at the time. However, the following day, I was instructed to return the Jeep to avoid additional charges due to its size classification. Consequently, I was given an economy-sized Mitsubishi Mirage, as it was the only option left. Having rented from Enterprise frequently, I am aware of your policy stating that if a reserved vehicle size is unavailable, an upgrade is typically provided. This has been my experience in the past. I kindly request that you review my rental history to confirm this. This incident has been quite disappointing, and I believe it could have been handled differently, allowing me to retain the Jeep without incurring extra charges.
