- KAKinton ArmmerAug 21, 20261.0The location is convenient, but that's about it. EVERY SINGLE TIME I rent here it no less than a 45min wait. Just now, only 2 people ahead of me when I arrived and it going on 50min I've been here waiting on a car. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

They had one lady pretty much running the front desk, with a lobby full of people. She was extremely efficient and had exceptional customer service. She was still extremely friendly and willing to help. The phone was ringing off the hook because there was no one else to help her. I went in on both a Saturday and a Thursday. She was there both days and pretty much ran the show. I give her 10 out of 10 stars. Enterprise itself could use more staff to relieve the load off the person running the front desk.

Laura has not looked up once from the computer to say ill be right with u. No acknowledgment to any one walking in. Even when we eventually returned the keys she acted like we were an inconvenience. Again still no acknowledgment. When leaving she didnt say thank you or anything. We said have a great day and she mumbled back a response. Will not use enterprise again
