  I can’t thank Tres Barboza enough for jumping thru hoops for me. I booked a rental van in February of this year. My pick up was in July. Well a few days before my trip, the location I originally booked called and said they could not honor my booking. “It’s the busy season”. Well I booked my van on the off season to avoid to this very thing! So I called this location on San Pedro, I explained what happened. Tres and his team 100% went to work. He was able to get my the vehicle I needed, he made sure it was ready for a long trip and was very apologetic for what I’ve been thru. He owed me nothing! What he did was act with integrity and compassion. Something the branch lakeside (410/marbach) did not do (Ben-store manager). Ben had absolutely so remorse or solutions for his ability to not stock his lot with booked reservations. Tres delivered us a 2025 beautiful 15 passenger Mercedes in black. We rolled to Florida in style! The only reason I will continue to do service with enterprise is because how TRES handled this situation. I appreciate you sir! You def. Represented your company well and took care of your customer.

  Needed a car for about 5 days while my car was being repaired. Enterprise has AMAZING customer service and always with the type of car I need! Will always use them!
