  Location has a history of claiming damage when there is none/charging for past damages not caused by current renter. Theres currently a viral Reddit post about this location and the scams they’re pulling + employee theft. Beware and take photos before and after drop off !!

  Warning to Anyone Renting a Car. Be Sure to Take Pictures Before and After! A young male employee at this Enterprise location claimed that there were dents on the roof of the vehicle when I returned it. He insisted that the dents were caused by hail while the vehicle was in our possession. However, he had no idea that we have security cameras at home that provide evidence that the dents were already there before we even picked up the vehicle. I arrived at the location around 1:45 PM and was not able to leave until around 3:00 PM because they insisted that I provide my insurance information, which I did not physically have with me at the time. As a result, I was unable to get home in time to pick up my children at 3:00 PM. My 7- and 5-year-old children ended up having to walk home alone, putting their safety at risk. What made the situation even more upsetting was the employee’s reaction when my husband confronted them and attempted to show proof that the dents were already there. The same employee was smiling during the confrontation, which came across as dismissive and made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. This entire experience was unnecessary and extremely upsetting. Instead of dealing with the situation fairly and professionally, I was left having to defend myself against a damage claim that our home security footage can help disprove. My advice to anyone renting a vehicle: Take detailed pictures and videos of the entire vehicle before driving away, especially the roof, which is easy to overlook. Keep your evidence in case you need it later. Based on my experience, I would be very hesitant to rent from Enterprise at this particular location again. Please be careful and protect yourself by documenting everything.

  Vehicle info: Hyundai Kona Color: Gray/ Mirage Green The person who conducted the vehicle inspection claimed to my wife that the roof had hail damage when we returned the vehicle. I had to leave work to come in and address the issue personally. When I arrived, I provided evidence showing that the dents they were claiming as hail damage were already present before we arrived. The staff showed me multiple pictures of the dents they were referring to and compared them with their previous inspection photos. However, the only “before” photo they provided showed a portion of the vehicle where there were no dents, so it did not establish that the claimed damage occurred while the vehicle was in our possession. After I presented my evidence demonstrating that the dents predated our rental, I was told that it was too late to reverse the claim because the inspection had already been submitted to their claims team. Now I have to do all the work to dispute this claim because an employee was dishonest from the beginning.
