  I had a flat tire during the trip. I called roadside assistance which I paid extra for. I was told the vehicle would be towed back to San Antonio along with all of mine, my daughter's, and her two children's things and be put in impound until the following Monday. We left on a Saturday. That we would be getting a new rental but had to wait until Monday to get our things from the first rental. We could not afford to lose those days for travel. I was under the impression the person I spoke to, Penny, represented Enterprise when she told me my best bet was to have the tire changed on the side of the highway where we were stranded to continue on our way. She gave me the name and number of a tire service that could help. I called, had the tire changed to the cost of $465. I at least would expect that to be reimbursed. However, I was told because I canceled roadside assistance thirty minutes after dispatch, the entire cost was mine to pay. The rental had a total cost of almost $1000 plus the cost of the tire change on top of that. I feel it is best to be honest with customers up front about costs and what could happen if roadside assistance is canceled during an emergency. I will never use Enterprise again, nor will I encourage friends or family to use Enterprise. Extremely poor handling of my case. I forgot to mention the guy who changed the tire and the officer who assisted us told me the tire that blew had several plugs in it already. When I told the man at Enterprise that information, he deflected, saying that was the choice of the person who repaired the tire. In my experience, the tire company will call and ask what the owner wants done to the tire. Enterprise knew they were giving me a defective tire imo.

  They had me scheduled for 1230 p.m. Arrived at 10:45 a.m. because Caliber Collision finished earlier. Lessons learned: (1) arrive at scheduled time (2) remember that they don't keep a sufficient inventory of vehicles. I don't understand HOW they literally wait until the minute to get vehicles to the location. In sum, Enterprise never again! 👎

  After renting my 3rd car from this location, I felt it was time to come leave a review. I find that the team here has REALLY good customer service. It’s obviously attributed to the branch manager, Juan who is a beaming ray of sunshine. I have actually gotten really great vehicles from this location that are clean and well maintained Lastly, this location is really for the people and I will stick with coming here for any future rentals because they are everything you could ask for and then some!

  I had booked a rental for a weekend trip. Despite it being busy, I was in and out very quickly. Very friendly staff. I made my appointment online and when I called to ask questions the staff was very knowledgeable. Easy process the whole way through. Will definitely be coming back to this location whenever I need to do a car rental. Thank you for the outstanding service.
