  From my very first interaction with the Enterprise team, my experience was outstanding. They arrived on time to pick me up from the collision repair shop where I had dropped off my car, and the employee was friendly, courteous, and professional. The excellent customer service continued when I arrived at the Enterprise office. The staff welcomed me, completed the rental process quickly, and had me on my way without any unnecessary delays. When it was time to return the rental car, the experience was just as seamless. The team was just as professional and even gave me a ride back to the collision repair shop so I could pick up my vehicle. Overall, the customer service I received was top-notch from start to finish. The staff made what could have been a stressful situation easy and hassle-free. I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone needing a rental car, and I will definitely choose them again the next time I need one.

  Car was not ready when arrived, had a reservation for 2pm and didn’t have a car ready til 3:45pm. It’s not considered a reservation if I have to wait. We have places to be and there needs to be a better system. Customer service is slacking

  Honestly the only good part about my ordeal after not having my car. The staff were very kind, helpful and friendly; Explained what I needed to know, set me up with a very good rental vehicle, and the whole process went much easier and smoother than I expected. Aside from the reason I needed a rental in the first place Enterprise and their employees were a excellent choice and I would rent with them should I ever need a rental vehicle again. Thank you specifically to the Staff at the 410 - Valley High location

  Hearts had my business at first till they screwed my rental till I came here the guys here helped me out fast and easy in and out in 1 hour will come back again.

  First time renting a car and it was easy and painless. Great customer service picking up and dropping off the car. Will definitely be back in the future.
