From Josh picking me up, John and Shane helping with the arrangement of the rental, and Mac dropping me off - everyone there are so helpful and kind. It’s rare to find excellent customer service these days and I’ll be coming here from now on for my rentals.

She was so amazing so sweet, kind, helpful, and very patient. She handled disgruntled customers like a champ. And when I was turning in my vehicle, Josh was nice enough to squeeze me in a little past closing time and deliver Excellent customer service would definitely recommend Just keep in mind that they are a very busy branch so if they don’t have a vehicle, don’t blame them

They said they were doing us a "favor" like if we didnt ask for it in the first place. They did not really attempt to help accommodate for our family which is a disappointment. After reporting issues with the vehicle we wanted to exchange but again they stated they did us a favor on the size vehicle. Not really a professional staff at this location.

They gave me a 2025 Nissan sentra rental and I loved it so much I ended up buying one with the money I got from my car accident..They Answered all my questions I had ...I will definitely be getting another rental from Enterprise in the future if needed
