  My Enterprise location is amazing. Their manager, Jesse, always goes out of his way to make it an amazingly easy pick up/drop off and helps unload the car if he has time. I travel for work frequently and they are responsive and ready every time I am there. I can’t imagine renting from another location (Fredricksburg Rd, San Antonio).

  The guy working there yesterday 4/13 was very rude and condescending. My grandma went in there to ask a question and he laughed in her face. I didn’t get his name but he was white, had glasses and had long Justin Bieber swoop hair with a beard. He literally works in customer service but had the worst customer service skills. This company needs to re-train their employees. Or if you don’t want to work then quit, don’t take it out on customers because you hate your job. Customer service is very repetitive if you can’t handle that then maybe it isn’t for you.

  love ordering via the app and car is always waiting for me at my pick up time. staff is always friendly and go out of their way to make sure we are completely satisfied with our rental.
