  I had a great experience thanks to the manager at this location. I needed a rental on very short notice, and he truly went above and beyond to help me. He did everything he could to find me a truck, kept me informed throughout the process, and was professional, responsive, and timely every step of the way. Despite the late notice, he made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about providing great customer service and doing right by his customers. I truly appreciate his hard work and would highly recommend this location.

  Thank You Jessie, and All The Staff, at Callaghan/Fred location, for your Outstanding Customer Service!!! Very professional, kind and helpful. Made my rental experience easy and provided me with a great vehicle to my expense that gave my family and I a smooth ride for the week. Definitely will come back if ever needed!   I’ve Been using enterprise for over 10 years as my only car renting place never had an issue (keep in mind all information verified) I truly feel there was a personal issue the short Hispanic guy with the glasses. The tall guy with curly hair was very helpful. Don’t come to work if your going to be unhelpful with your customers!
