  Pick up was quick but drop off took a long time. They are VERY thorough looking over your car. Do not be in a hurry to get anywhere afterwards.

  I have rented 3 times at the same location on WWWhite location and the first time they provided me a mini van getting to my destination in Chicago it started snowing a little so I come to find out the wipers weren’t working so I can the corporate office and I was told to take it to Firestone and then they tell me there is. 5 hour wait. Just last week I rent a car for 10 days and again getting to South Dakota the car needs a oil changed so I get scare not to mess up the engine I parked the car for 2 days. I finally call corporate office and they tell me to take it to their mess test location which was 45 to an hour away. Then the manager checks his computer and says they forgot to reset the computer so he clicks a couple of buttons and tells me don’t worry you are ok to drive it back home. So you can image I wasn’t so happy I came home a day early. I was in such a hurry to get on the road to start my vacation that I didn’t pay attention to the interior the seats were dirty I took pictures. I did forget to take a picture of the windshield.The windshield had to small cracks that they were blaming me. I told them when I drove away I noticed them so I figured they were noted on their system but they weren’t.
