We reserved a Mercedes Sprinter online for a family trip, but when we arrived at the location, they only had a Ford Transit available. The Transit got the job done, but we were definitely disappointed because we had specifically been looking forward to having the Sprinter for the trip. When we returned the vehicle, I mentioned it to management and told them how much we wished we could have gotten the Sprinter we originally reserved. I honestly wasn’t expecting anything from it—I just wanted to give them the feedback. Their response is what made me want to write this review. Management was extremely understanding, friendly, and professional. They listened to our concerns and, without making it a hassle, gave us two free rental days to use in the future. That kind of customer service is becoming harder to find. Things don’t always go perfectly, but a company really shows its character by how it handles situations when they don’t. Enterprise took what could have been a disappointing experience and completely turned it around. We’ll absolutely rent from them again. 10/10 customer service and a great example of management actually caring about the customer experience.
