The gentlemen that helped us was awesome however someone slacked on cleaning the van and resetting the codes because the oil light keep coming on but over all it was good.

The gentleman who checked me in was humble and hard working. He made sure I was set up to have a great experience. Drop off was very easy. This was one of the most cost effective and low stress car rental experiences I've had.

While driving, the low oil light came on. We were in a rural area far from services. We had to go out of our way to find a store that had oil, purchase the oil, and add it. The car needed the entire quart. The sticker in the corner of the windshield with the next oil change mileage was approximately 10,000 miles less than the odometer reading. It is not my job as a customer to maintain their vehicle. I was dressed up for a vacation excursion, not to be under the hood of a car with grease and oil. I contacted customer service and was not even compensated for my cost of the oil or the inconvienence.
