  I had a disappointing experience with this Enterprise location. I arrived after dropping my vehicle off for repairs, expecting the full-size rental that was covered under my USAA policy. When I first arrived, I was told I didn't have a reservation. After that was sorted out, I was informed they would not provide the full-size vehicle or upgrade my rental at no additional cost because of their low inventory. While I understand inventory shortages happen, that shouldn't become the customer's problem when the reservation and coverage are already in place. The employee I worked with was polite and professional throughout the interaction, so I don't fault him personally. However, it felt like company policy and protecting inventory took priority over taking care of the customer. Instead of trying to find a reasonable solution, the experience felt more focused on what Enterprise wouldn't do than what they could do. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a lower opinion of Enterprise as a company. I don't plan on returning to this location, and I'll think twice before choosing Enterprise again.

  The car rented was exactly what I needed. The pick up and drop off processes were quick, and i didn't have to wait long at either time. I'd definitely recommend Enterprise to my friends and family.
