  First off I was having a busy morning I had to drop off rental, then go pick up my vehicle from a car shop. An man o man the worker MATEO who was helping me with returning helped me out so much I really appreciate you. Thank you so much

  This place is always crowed the cleaning of cars and sanitation is a joke. Reserved a car 2 weeks prior to get there at 330 and told wait 40 min to get car ready as they had NO cars. Found weed seeds and zigzags and vape pen inside, not sure if it’s the prior rental or the employees inside location, then again can explain why they kinda slow mentally and forget comments. They hide fees, defraud customers like saying you can add an additional driver then secretly charge you C.C. Every clerk inside claims to be a manger so that when stuff goes sour they blame one another and know 1 fixes the problem. The chat service is people in another country they have a heavy accent and say they will submit a claim for support to correct overages, after providing the contract they never issued the $67hidden fee. Luckily my Amex fraud dept corrected it after 2 months after I showed proof. Never go here, serious they will hide fees use and abuse your cc numbers on the low and sell your information as needed. A place not to trust. I’m sure a yelp! rep will make contact after my review and apologize(typical) But defrauding customers with hidden fees and then give you non-valid claim # just to disconnect the call is on another level of consumer fraud!!!

  They charged a card they were told they weren't authorized to charge. They also significantly misled on rates. We were told $27/day. When the bill came in, they charged $37/day. They also didn't explain that their protection plan would hike the process of the rental to nearly double. Awful customer service, shady business practices. Stay away.

  The process was so smooth! I was picked up at the shop when I dropped off my car, everything was set up ahead of time so the paperwork was easy, and drop off was convenient. I was able to leave the rental at the shop when I picked up my car! No extra fees or anything. Great when I'm the only driver and don't have an extra driver to pick me up. Everyone was polite and friendly, too! I've rented before and I'm sure I'll rent again...only from Enterprise!

  My daughter reserved a vehicle online, a midsize after she had an accident. When we go to pick up the vehicle, Eddie started pushing for an upgrade for “only $10 more a day”, we respectfully declined because my daughter is still in shock due to the accident and we didn’t want anything big. So Eddie offered us the upgrade again because the midsize vehicle we reserved was “in the car wash”. We decided to wait 15 to 20 minutes for the vehicle to come back. When the vehicle “is back”, Eddie offered the upgrade for free and we respectfully declined again for the reason stated before. So when we finally went to get our vehicle, the keys “disappeared”. I asked Eddie, how come the vehicle just got here and the keys “disappeared”? He got upset and replied “I don’t know what to tell you” with a very rude and unprofessional tone of voice. Well, we end up getting a full size that we didn’t want, my daughter is afraid of driving it and Eddie got what he wanted, he wanted to force us to get the full size vehicle. So good job Eddie, you managed to get one customer less, but your inventory is in good shape.
