I am writing this review because it is important for everyone to know what I personally went through after getting my rental SUV from this Enterprise, after years of renting from This Enterprise for about 20 years they have received a lot of money from myself and from my insurance and family members because I would let them know how my I liked there customer service, but after so much has changed and the turnover in employees and management the service that they had provided is no longer there.
Back in October 7, 2025 I was in a Car Accident and I ended up picking up a vehicle at this location around Octob 15, 2025.
I let them know that my Honda Pilot Touring was in the shop and I needed to get something of the same size and Midsize SUV...
When I talked to the Yong lady she has let me know that they had what I needed when I called in the day before needing to pick up the vehicle, when I picked up the vehicle the next day, The Store Manager told me the the Hyundai Tuscan was the same size vehicle as my Honda Pilot Touring, which was a Lie because that was a Small SUV not a Midsize SUV..
About 2 or 3 days after receiving this small SUV my Husband was in a horrible accident to where he was rushing to St. Luke's Hospital and the hospital let us know that his injuries were so severe that he had to be transported to BAMC ER for Surgery, I followed the ambulance to the Hospital gate where I was stopped and was told that I had to get a pass for the SUV that I was in.
I had to take a picture of the vehicle registration show it along with my insurance, when I went in to show them I was told that I could not take the vehicle on base because the tags were expired and that Enterprise should not had given me a vehicle with expired tags on the window (The photo showed that the tagexpiredin Septemberand we were in October.. you can see that it the picture.)
My sister had to come from Helotes to get on base to be with my Husband while I had to wait to see about getting all of this fixed putting me in a overwhelming stressful situation. I had called the Enterprise closes to BAMC and they had told that I would have to drive the expired vehicle to them and they could change it out, I couldn't do that, Then I called this location and let them know that the registration was expired and the manager wanted me to drive the vehicle back to them, I had to make the manager understand that I was dealing with an emergency with my husband and asked the manager to bring the vehicle to me because I could leave, the manager finally agreed to send someone to bring the newer vehicle to me.
While waiting my niece had drove from Sea world area and arrived there before the rental, She then was able to get her pass for her vehicle as I was still waiting for the guy who was bringing the vehicle...
The guy ended up getting lost and I had given them the exact address and gate the be at and he couldn't find it.. then I had to stay on the phone to get him to where I was.
After all of the problems from that day I called back and asked to talk to the General Manager and had to wait for him to call me back.
Once he did I let him know off all of the problems and how difficult everything was.
He wanted to see about working something out with me and I decided not to take it.
But then today I had called this Enterprise on May 11, 2026, I asked to speak to the manager, when he answered I let him know my name and he let me know that he remember me, I had then started that I wanted to give them the opportunity to make things right and that I wanted to pick up a SUV tomorrow May 12, 2026 and he let me know that there is no way that they can satisfy any of my needs and advise me to contact another Enterprise because his store is not the store that want to help me..
Enterprise, I did not write anything negative or about my experience with you, but from everything that you all have put me through I feel that it is time that everyone to know how unprofessional you are and that you are not about Customer Service.

I got a phone call the day before my pickup to confirm my rental which was so courteous and much appreciated. Pick up was fast and thorough and stagf was super great. Johanna was so friendly and made the whole process very smooth. The car was clean and we had no issues. I had to call to extend my rental and was never put on hold even though I know this location stays very busy. They treated me fairly and made sure I was taken care of. Drop off went just as well and staff was once again so great! :) awesome experience over all

There is no overnight drop for keys. Arrived at 7am. Car is due at 8am. Store is closed until 9am. Also, the waiting room is inside! So now I am loitering here on the cold stairs when the lot is teeming with folks picking up coins and cigarette butts off the ground.
Mgmt wants my info to look in to this but its a problem with they shop, not my reservation. They do have three big rocks outside of their big windows.

I was there renting a car due to a collision with my vehicle. Enterprise was great communicating with the insurance company and getting a car set up for me. They even gave me a little bit of an upgrade to help with with our lifestyle and toting around kids and sports equipment. The staff was very friendly and everything went smoothly.

The staff that were helping me check in and out were kind and professional. I had reserved a luxury sedan the night before but they called me the next morning to tell me they didn’t have what I was looking for in inventory but was able to get me into something similar at pretty much half the price. Then, I was about an hour late dropping off because of the heavy rain and traffic on the drive back which was already stressful enough but Matthew Ybarra, the branch manager, was very understanding and didn’t charge me extra for turning in a little late. This office is a good one and will be a returning customer whenever I need a rental.
