  I’d give them a zero if I could. They didn’t have the vehicle there I requested. They requested one from an alternate site but couldn’t give n eta. Saw an elderly lady that has been waiting for at least an hour. Bathroom was broke. As well. Very poor customer service and can’t meet customer commitments.

  I won’t be coming back here. Terrible experience, terrible customer service, they don’t explain anything. I had my reservation at 11:00am, and when I got there they didn’t have any car ready for me. They said that the reservation didn’t matter at all. I went home came back an hour later and they still don’t have a car ready for me. I was absolutely flabbergasted. The workers didn’t explain anything. They didn’t tell me what I needed or anything. After I came back an hour later, I was still waiting and the man told me I needed my passaport to rent the car. He wanted to charge us more and when I asked why he said it was because we didn’t have the passaport and the change in hour, and then i told him that he didn’t even have the car ready, and he proceeded to pull out some random keys he had with him to say he did have the car ready. When 2 minutes ago he had told me I needed to wait 30 minutes for the car to arrive. We ended up leaving because of this terrible experience and the man sighed in our face. I just don’t get why they would accept my reservation and make me wait for NOTHING. Won’t be coming back, and you shouldn’t either. Save yourself the time! DONT COME HERE!

  This is the worst place to rent a car; I absolutely do not recommend it. I made an online reservation to pick up the car today at 11:00 AM. I arrived and they told me they didn't have the car and I would have to wait a couple of hours. Furthermore, they wanted to charge me extra because, supposedly, the time had changed. This place is definitely the worst if you don't want to have a bad experience; the customer service is the worst.

  Trash service and never has cars, overbooks, and no help. Don’t rent from here unless you want to wait hours for a car. Just go to the airport.

  Really great service I was happy to find this location to avoid going to the San Antonio airport. I will definitely be using this location again for future needs.
