  I received a fair trade in value for my car and left with a new car three hours later. The whole process was fast and thorough. Andrew was professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process.

  My family and I are looking were going to purchase a car from them after my friend referred me, however after hearing aboyt her recent experience regarding her vehicle less than 10 days ago she has received horrible customer service regarding an issue she is having with the car. Definitely will not be contacting them further. Her sales person was Nestor, him and the manager Gilbert, were extremely rude and unprofessional. You’d be better off dealing with a different location.

  What started out as a wonderful experience for my daughter purchasing her car. Has turned to the most unpleasant experience ever. She has had the car for less than 10 days and a bubble has formed on the tire and the windshield wiper sprayer is not working. They informed her while laughing and smiling that certifications are only done by humans and mistakes are made. And while they're willing to fix the windshield wiper spraying they refused to fix the tire. Letting her know that that is not their problem. I find that to be completely unacceptable as she's only had the car for less than 10 days. Will never be returning after referring over 15 people because we did have such a pleasant experience. But apparently they do not care about repeat customers.

  The entire car buying process was so smooth and easy from start to finish. I was in and out within 2 hours. Matthew was amazing and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The communication and relaxed vibes were everything. I would definitely recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone looking for a vehicle. Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had!
