  Highly dis pleased with enterprise I called and spoke to JC about service with the cars warranty that comes when you purchase the car. I have had my car for a year and couple months I never used the maintenance service I called today and was told to take it to Firestone and to call back if I needed anything else. Went to Firestone and was told that I would have to get a diagnostics to be able to determine the problem, even though when I went in there, I advised them that I needed a new battery that my car kept dying and I think the battery is old so Firestone wanted to know if They covered the diagnostics report, so I called enterprise back and asked if the diagnostics was covered under the warranty I was then told that they don’t directly pay it however, if it’s for service that’s covered under the warranty I will be reimbursed for my out-of-pocket expense for the diagnostics. I feel at this point in time, Firestone or enterprise then should’ve been like let’s look at your mileage to see if you’re even eligible for the warranty and the program. But they didn’t so I got off the phone thinking that once I paid for this diagnostics and my car got service. I will then get a chance to be reimbursed for the hundred dollar testing which I then asked Firestone if I could get this done at AutoZone for free since I know it’s the battery. I was then told no because they don’t give the same codes for the warranty billing so they went ahead and ran the test and then when it came down to filing the claim, I then found out that I was in eligible for service because my car is mileage was over the 98k. Now, if you ask me good customer service JC from enterprise should’ve looked at my warranty when I called the second time and say hey where is your mileage at because the warranty is only good up to 98,000 miles or three years whichever comes first or the third time when I called about the diagnostic, then I would’ve said oh never mind I wouldn’t be able to do that because my mileage is over 98K. And I never would’ve went into Firestone and agreed to do a diagnostics report knowing what the problem was, when I walked through the door to get my car serviced so thank you JC at enterprise for your poor customer service cause not only did I not get my car fixed, but I also got scammed out of my grocery money and have no way of not even buying a battery or groceries now. Your program is trash. Enterprise is trash.

  Very pleased with the experience of going there, very helpful and nice workers who helped me get a new car in no time. & they helped me get a rental super quick too when I needed it. 🙂

  I just got a sweet deal in getting a 2024 Toyota Corolla from Enterprise. I'm about 95% happy, just a few minor scratches on the hood, but other than that, it's a great vehicle and a great ride. I'm looking to get lots of mileage in my travels now. I recommend anyone looking for a new car to come check out Enterprise car sales in San Antonio. They will treat you so good!

  Amendment to my previous post, because the salesman needed a good review. Wasn’t totally on board then, but seemed like an okay deal at the time, now I know why I had a bad feeling but just couldn’t place my finger on it. I was very hesitant to purchase a car from a rental car company, and now I know why. Hindsight being 20/20 and if I had taken more time, this car purchase may never have happened! There were 5 major problems that needed immediate attention after taking vehicle to a dealership, because one of the problem’s couldn’t be repaired at my mechanic’s service center. I vehemently advise getting a mechanic/ dealer check out the vehicle immediately and within the three day return window. That is my 1st and last time ever purchasing a vehicle from a rental agency!
