  This is one of those rare professional places, they tell you what you are looking at and what it's going to run and what to expect. If they see something else they will recommend it but are not pushy about it. I will do business here again if I need it.

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever seen at Chad Miller Auto Care. From the moment we walked in, the staff was rude, dismissive, and even laughed at my friend’s situation. At one point, they actually referred to his car as “Humpty Dumpty.” What was even more frustrating was being told they wouldn’t even inspect the car unless we agreed to a caliper replacement first. That’s not how you earn a customer’s trust. We ended up taking the car to EC Quality Car Care, and the experience was the complete opposite. They treated us with respect, listened to our concerns, properly diagnosed the issue, and repaired the car without mocking anyone or making us feel unwelcome. I cannot recommend Chad Miller Auto Care based on my experience. If you’re looking for a shop that values professionalism and customer service, I’d avoid this place. If you’re looking to be treated with respect and have your concerns taken seriously, I’d recommend EC Quality Car Care instead. Customer service matters, and unfortunately this experience was a complete disappointment. BTW DIDNT NEED A NEW CALIPER

  I've used Chad Miller Auto Care for years and never given them their proper due through a review and a score that they truly deserve. Chad and his team have always demonstrated integrity, clear communications, and expertise (Chad also has a great sense of humor). Finding a shop like this is a rare thing indeed. Thank you Chad Miller!

  If I could give 10 stars I gladly would. I don't typically leave reviews but Chad has more than earned it. He could have easily taken me for all he could but I learned that day, it's not his character. He provided his thoughts and genuine recommendations and I appreciate him so much for that. Chad Miller Auto Care will be my go to shop going forward.

  I spent some time before writing this review, actually a month. If you’re looking for a 10/10 service, I recommend this place. Now… I’ve had countless repair jobs and bills that never met the quality Chad miller and and his associates provided. They have exceeded my expectations and as someone who works in his own vehicles and takes them in to shops when a certain repair I can’t fix, they did it right the first time. Not only did they have me quoted at a cheap price, they found the issue next day and had me rolling that same day. We know how much of a headache electrical gremlins can be so I am proud to be writing this review. Basically I’m saying come here if you need your repairs done right the first time. 100/10 would reccomend
