  No issue with the inspection or work quality. My problem is that they wanted to charge me $600 for coolant and brake flush since it was convenient and vehicle was already there. I initially said yes because I trusted them but it felt alittle expensive so I declined it before the call was over. I made a few calls and ended up going to Firestone for brake flush ($95) and Valvoline for coolant ($128). Grossly overcharging for anything is something I’m not used to from this shop since I’ve had work done on other vehicles in the past. Also quoted $1000 for vacuum tank replacement and “4 hours of labor”. Found the tank online for $25. Want to change me $975 for labor? No thanks. Won’t be returning to Chad Millers. Extremely disappointed.

  When I walked in the owner was very busy, and for good reason. Quick turnaround with my service, detailed problems with my vehicle (that I will return to to get maintenanced), and understanding of my financial restraints that we all have when it comes to car repairs. I had to get control arms replaced and my car drives like new. I feel in good hands and much safer in my vehicle compared to the other shop I used to do business with.

  I am very pleased and happy that I have found Chad Miller Auto Care. I recently started using their services for both my vehicles, a 2010 Honda HRV and a 2010 A5 Audi. They are very communicative, efficient and affordably priced! CM was cool with me supplying my own parts too. I had some major work done for my 2016 Honda HRV, as items need to be replaced over time I like to upgrade parts instead of doing OEM. I love my Honda and when it the the state market in 2016 I knew it would be my forever car so it being my daily driver I try to take care of it best I can and that includes finding a mechanic I like and trust 🩷 They do not warranty the parts I supply, obviously but the labor is affordable, at least to me. Here’s what I got done for my 2016 Honda HRV -replaced the Sway bar links -replaced the control arms and ball joints -replaced the splash guard -engine fluid flush -I asked them to clean my K&N air filter which takes 24 hours to dry This is what I remember from the top of my head. I love the fact that they do recommendations as well and I can pick and choose what I want to do. They were also kind enough to do an oil change for my Audi with me supplying my own oil and oil filter. Which I know is probably unusual it’s just I had extra for both and did not want it to go to waste. Chad the owner, is usually the person who communicates the most with clients. He’s straight to the point, honest and as one heck of a sense of humor 😆. I’ve also spoken to the others and every interaction has been very pleasant and wonderful. I’m the kind of person that once I find something I like I don’t even bother looking around at others. I’ll be using their services for all future work unless they genuinely cannot do a service I request or until I move away from the city. Oh yea! They also have an after hours drop off and pick up process that is convenient! So you never have to worry about catching them during hours. You can pay online and pick up at your convenience.   5 star service. Needed a quick undercarriage inspection after some hydroplaning yesterday to make sure nothing was off and that my truck would be able to make the 1 hour drive home. Was in and out in 20 minutes thanks to Tony, who found an issue with my front left wheel that wasnt even on my radar, but assured me the truck would make the drive safely, which it did just fine.
