  I have a project car I brought in to get the ac inspected, and they were able to give me all the resources I needed to get everything done! They were also able to get the full inspection done in the timeframe I needed. Will definitely be back if I need anything else done!

  If I could give this place ZERO stars, I absolutely would. I came in to get a new brake line because the one I purchased from them previously needed to be replaced. I brought the original part with me, only for them to tell me that the brake line wasn’t theirs and that it “didn’t look like their work.” Okay.. but then why are we suddenly having a completely different story when it comes to payment? I asked them to make a new brake line, and they made it incorrectly because it wasn’t mirrored the way I clearly explained it needed to be. It had to be remade AGAIN. The older woman at the front, Victoria (I believe that’s her name), was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. She acted like she couldn’t wait for us to leave instead of actually trying to help resolve the issue. Then, after telling us the original brake line wasn’t theirs, they turned around and claimed that we never paid for it in the first place. How does that make any sense? We literally showed them the bank receipt proving that we paid $170 the last time. They then admitted that the brake line shouldn’t have cost $170 and charged us only $40 for the new one. So let me get this straight: you’re telling us the original part wasn’t yours, claiming we never paid for it, while we have proof that we DID pay $170 and now you’re charging us $40 for a replacement that you admit shouldn’t have cost anywhere near $170? And somehow we’re just supposed to accept that and walk away without a refund, credit, or any explanation? This place is completely unorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest. The communication was terrible, the service was frustrating, and the way we were treated was unacceptable. If you’re going to charge people $170 for a part and then later claim it wasn’t even yours and that they never paid, you need to be prepared to explain exactly where that money went. I would NOT recommend this place. Check your receipts, keep your bank statements, and think twice before letting them work on your vehicle.

  Came in looking for a line on my 05 ramm.3500 that I could not get apart. The one that gose from the consider to the orifice line. After looking at what was offerd nothing matched up and no aftermarket was found. So the counter folks took the line assembly to the back and let Migel Games have a go at it and he was able to get it apart. Things and issues like this are why I have used and will keep using Carlisle for as long as I can from personal vehicles to commercial vehicles that I have worked on over the years they always seem to have the right part or will help you find what you need to finish the job. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

  This place does a great job. I have a work truck that I rely on daily and Carlisle does a great job getting my truck back to me quickly and making sure it's reliable on the road. Great service and great people. I highly recommend them.

  I would recommend this shop to anyone. Got charged almost $900.00 for a compressor replacement. I purchased the compressor from their neighbor and left the car for repairs. All they did was add refrigerant to the old compressor. When I picked up the car the air did not work. Took it back and they said to it would take time to work. Found out later that I still had the original compressor in place and they kept the new compressor. Watch out for this place.
