  My AC was increasingly slowing down in the middle of Summer. Carlisle was recommended to me by my boss who has a couple of cars. They listened and asked questions before they started. I got a clear and detailed quote for the work. They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Their location was extremely comfortable. Andrew is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them.

  EDIT:: I wanted to update my previous experience because I believe it's important to give credit when a business makes things right. After my visit, one of the employees called me personally to apologize for the scheduling mix up and explained that they do not service R12 air conditioning systems. I really appreciated him taking the time to make that phone call. A lot of businesses would have just moved on, but it takes a genuine person to reach out, acknowledge the mistake, and apologize. While the appointment could have been handled better from the beginning, I have a lot of respect for a company that's willing to own the mistake instead of making excuses. That level of accountability says a lot about their character. Because of that follow up and professionalism, I'm updating my review to 5 stars. Thank you for taking the time to make things right.

  Great experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I had an oddball piece of tubing made and it was a perfect fit.
