No one is ever working both of the pre-wash sprayers when you first enter. Only the first one on the left and they just stay like they dont care. I'm thinking about canceling and going else where.

Daniel at QT provided an outstanding customer service experience during my first visit to the car wash. He was professional, kind, and took the time to explain all the available options, including car wash packages, membership benefits, and fuel rewards. What stood out most was his genuine willingness to help and ensure I understood everything without feeling pressured. Daniel made the experience welcoming and enjoyable, and his excellent customer service turned a routine visit into a truly positive one. QT is fortunate to have someone like Daniel representing their brand. Highly recommended!

I wash my car a couple times a week at the Nacogdoches location, love this location. Everyone is super friendly, especially the one with dark hair, tattoos, glasses. Love her smile 😊

I've been coming to this location for about 2 weeks now I used to go to the location on San Pedro behind North Star mall. I don't live too far from here but ever since I came here I was welcomed Frank and Betty who is always giving amazing customer service and makes me feel welcome!! I will not be going to another bubble bath soon this is the spot to be!!
