  Tried out the membership and was very disappointed after first wash. I gave the benefit of the doubt and tried to go again and same result. It didn't even get the bird poop off the windshield, nor the pollen off the front grill. The dryers didn't work at all and I had to dry the truck myself. For someone with back issues, this is not okay. I have since canceled my membership two weeks ago, but got charged last night. I can't get anyone on the phone even though their website says customer service opens at 8am. They have a number to text, but I haven't gotten a response on that either. The only positive is that the people working on site were nice, though they could not assist in membership cancellation. Was told the only way to cancel was to scan the QR code, and fill out this form that doesn't give you a confirmation, which obviously didn't work since I got charged.

  Not really unlimited when they only allow you two washes per day lol and my package is the premium

  Good people here striving to do the right thing! Victoria, Marika, DeLayla (not sure of the spelling lol). Very helpful and do an excellent job maintaining the facility and supplies. The car wash itself needs some improvements to clean the entire vehicle. Oh, im not a local guide as this review system assigns to me

  Not satisfied with the way my vehicle looks after being washed. I’ve called the customer service number many times to cancel my subscription and it prompts you to leave a voicemail but hangs up on you instead of allowing you to record a message. I have a very busy work life and am unable to go in person. Was charged AGAIN for another month! Can the owner or manager please contact me to fix this issue? It’s like pulling teeth just to be able to speak to someone! All I want to do is cancel my membership…. Why does it have to be so difficult?
