  I had two subscriptions with this company, and cancelled both. I’ve continually been charged month after month for both despite having called, emailed, and even shown up in person to cancel the subscriptions. Terrible business practices, don’t purchase if you hope to ever cancel the service. The only way to cancel is to work it out with your bank/credit card provider

  Johnathan, worst employee on that team. Literally left hisbco worker hanging while she was in need. We needed help she was the only one willing to try. Just bad customer on his part. If you dont like working with people, try a job where you don't have to interact with nobody. Been, a member for 3 years will consider.Canceling my membership horrible service.

  I stopped for a car wash. They changed the screen where you pay. The first thing that pops up is the 25 Dollar Car Wash which I don't want. I just wanted the $10 Car Wash but they make it so you can't reach the button as the button is all the way at the top. Extremely inconvenient. Then they ask you if you want to receipt and they put those buttons where you can't reach them. So then you have to wait until the system cycles for the gate to open. They either need to lower the machines or place the information on the screens where people can actually reach them. I've never had such a hard time getting through there as I had today. What a pain in the butt just to get a car wash. For the car wash I received I may as well just go to the gas station it's cheaper
