  A piece of my windshield frame came off due to there machine and fell between the racks in the ground they told me they couldn't get it and that I would have to wait till the next week, I came back the following week and they told me they still couldn't get it and they couldn't take responsibility for what their machine damages that I made the decision to use their service i believe thats bad service I wouldn't recommend anyone using them

  THEY DAMAGED MY TRUCK AND WONT FIX IT! Go anywhere else, my truck was damaged inside the car wash and since they have a sign posted (which I didn’t see) they accept no responsibility. The employee at the entrance could have just told me to retract my running boards and there wouldn’t have been any issue, but of course it’s ALL my fault! And by the way this car wash parent company is QT gas station. They have insurance for these kinds of things but would rather blame customers.

  I had two subscriptions with this company, and cancelled both. I’ve continually been charged month after month for both despite having called, emailed, and even shown up in person to cancel the subscriptions. Terrible business practices, don’t purchase if you hope to ever cancel the service. The only way to cancel is to work it out with your bank/credit card provider

  Johnathan, worst employee on that team. Literally left hisbco worker hanging while she was in need. We needed help she was the only one willing to try. Just bad customer on his part. If you dont like working with people, try a job where you don't have to interact with nobody. Been, a member for 3 years will consider.Canceling my membership horrible service.
