  First time I went to Bubble Bath I didn’t realize I had to turn off my auto-hold feature in my car, I was so embarrassed as to why my car wasn’t neutraling, but now I have the hang of it, and it’s a fast seamless process

  I was a member here. My car caught fire and I canceled my membership online. They kept charging me for three months then told me they don't accept online cancelations. I asked why they have it on their web page and was told they don't, so I showed it to them. They kept making up excuses and only returned one months membership. I was going to renew with my new car but do not appreciate dishonesty! Cancel anytime - what a lie!!!!

  Extremely disappointed with the San Pedro location. Their automated wash ripped off my rear wiper blade and scratched my rear window. On-site staff explicitly admitted the equipment is "old and needs updates," yet they failed to provide a claim number. I was promised a follow-up within days, but after multiple emails and calls, I have been completely ignored. I am still waiting for a resolution and compensation for the damage caused by their faulty machinery. Avoid this location if you value your vehicle and professional customer service.
