  I absolutely love that this is my preferred location, close to my home and every employee there looks like they enjoy their job. I’m glad that this location allows enough space for vacuuming, always has BBB towels on deck, music is always on loud, cold drink machine available. Thanks again to the team who make this location what it is!! Keep up the great work!!

  I typically love all BBs and have been to this location many times. However, yesterday’s visit at approximately 7:15 pm, was frustrating. We waited along with 2 other guests and more behind us while BB employees tended to the bed of a truck. An employee was physically in the back of the truck with a broom and dustpan sweeping the truck bed and moving objects around. Another employee assisted with a trashcan to get the dustpan’s contents and other trash. The longer I sat there, the more frustrated I got. I should have snapped a picture then, but I was flabbergasted that this was happening right where you enter the wash and blocking others’ entry. I guess I should bring our truck and have BB clean its bed for us, too? When I finally got up to the entrance, I did snap the pic of the Customer Responsibilities which clearly state that this practice is not part of BB’s requirements. The car wash itself was as good as it has always been. However, as we exited the wash, the lights were not working correctly and signaling both WAIT and GO. This location needs some attention, apparently.

  Was really great. Amazing customer service the man who had help set everything is is name Josh. He was so great and help my brother and I after. I will definitely be going back

  My name is Jeremiah... I am a Disabled Veteran 🪖.. I've been a loyal Bubble Bath Car Wash customer for years....& have been to numerous locations... Unequivocally this is the best location... for 1 reason...Mr. Cameron... My Disabilities are PTSD, Depression & Anxiety... Foremost the reason Mr. Cameron makes this location the best for me... initially it's not anything he does... His Sincere, Warm, & Glowing Smile makes you feel better and forget about anything that made you upset the day prior to coming to this location... It's Genuine, Necessary, & Important... I forget about my Disabilities every time I see his Genuine Smile as I pull up... He really shows desire to be great not just an average worker... Very welcoming, focused on every detail, and wholeheartedly cares about the customers satisfaction... If every employee has an incling if what Mr. Cameron posses y'all would have a Monopoly... I recommend that he should be promoted to head of Customer Service as well as Be The Primary Senior Instructor over all of The Bubble Bath Car Wash.... Because he is Customer Service...100% Second To None... I only come to this location because of the consistent above reproach service I receive from Mr. Cameron... Promote him...AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
