I tried for 2 days to reach someone regarding them double charging my credit card for a monthly membership. I finally had to go to their office and had to leave a message for someone to call me regarding my issue. Later that day I only received a text from someone named Jason and he was the it person and then tries to say that I wasn’t double charged. I forwarded him proof of the double charge and he still wouldn’t take responsibility for this. Just a warning do not get their monthly membership. They are crooks and they will not refund your money ..
