  Hello The site at 3726 S. New Braunfels Ave I had a bad experience i had got there around 745-750pm and by the time I went thru due to a vehicle getting off the track while in the tunnel. By the time I came out and parked to vacuum the car they had already turned them off. I asked one employee female about 5’1 with long black hair and 2 other employees in regular close guessing it was maintenance day. I ask if they can get the on site manager to turn on the vacuums for 3mins due to the situation that occurred inside the tunnel and they responded by saying the vacuums are on a computer system timer and can not be turned back on… Two days ago I went again and last car went thru by the time he got out of the tunnel and parked the vacuums have been shut off and honestly there was about 10-15 cars still there using the vacuums. It would have been a nice gesture to tell The customers that the vacuums will be turning off in let’s say five minutes, the Austin Hwy crew always gives me a heads up which I truly appreciate.

  We had such a great experience thanks to the gentleman Joshua who helped us today. He was incredibly patient, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making us feel rushed or pressured. He answered all of our questions, made sure we understood our options, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us make the best decision for our needs.   Amazing as always. Kudos to Xavier leading his District like a loving father and brother. All shops are amazing and it's great to see guys from years ago who are now in management positions. I have special love of the McCreless Bubble Bath on S New Braunfels as it's also less than a mile from home. God bless Bubble Bath for keeping my vehicle always looking good for my rideshare gigs etc.
