  Today I visited to wash my vehicle, and unfortunately the entrance foam did not spray my car. I let an employee know about the issue—a younger gentleman wearing glasses and shorts—but instead of helping or checking the equipment, he told me he had been in the tunnel all day and that it was working fine. His response came across as dismissive, and he didn’t make any effort to resolve the problem. Thankfully, another employee named Lupe approached me after the interaction. He listened to my concern, treated me with respect, and apologized for the inconvenience. He even asked me to come back the next day so he could personally make sure everything was working properly. That level of customer service is exactly what keeps customers coming back. The car wash needs more employees like Lupe—people who genuinely care about the customer experience and are willing to help instead of brushing concerns aside. Overall, I’d give this location a 3 out of 5 stars. Some employees provide excellent service, while others could improve their customer service. I also hope the tunnel equipment and the air gun at the vacuum stations are repaired and maintained more consistently.

  Ive been a member at this location since they opened, ive been to many other washes before here and this location and all of the employees are top notch. I almost feel bad for them I come so much. When I pull up they all just smile and tell me hello and always approach me to make sure im ok. Please give this placeba chance, I pay $39.99 a month for the top package it easily pays for it self. I go about 4 times a month lol

  Quick service...they also have small towels that you can use after the car wash and you can use their vacuums...
