  Had a great experience at Bubble Bath Car Wash thanks to Isaiah and Estefania. They were extremely helpful, kind, and clearly knew what they were doing. They made the whole experience smooth and easy. Thanks, guys — really appreciate the great customer service!

  The entrance to the location is bad bumpy and angled, the first roller in the car wash bounces all over the car, the water is frequently dirty, the water nozzles are all clogged, and they play loud music, they open at 8am on the dot not a second earlier so you have to sit there if you want to wash in the morning when it could open just a little earlier. Feels like an old car wash that doesn't clean well.

  JUAN WAS TERRIBLE!!! WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD THUS FAR WITH BUBBLE BATH. HE IS THE HISPANIC LOOKING GUY WITH A Dyed MAN BUN (ponytail). I was signed up for a $9 promotional subscription that would renew to regular price after the promotional period ended. One of the employees there who is actually named Juan as well I believe encouraged me and offered to discontinue my subscription so that I would be able to renew it again at his advice. He actually went into the office voluntarily and discontinued my subscription on the promotional period and told me that I could renew it again for another $9 on another promotional time frame. Of course it seemed a little unusual however he was very charismatic and made it sound like it was no big deal. I came back to the same location MAY 13th at approximately 8:00 p.m. and decided to sign up the $9 promotional subscription and planned on keeping it like normal and renewing at the actual Bubble Bath Car Wash price after the promotional period ends. JUAN ( with the man blonde man bun) who was there said he noticed that I did have the subscription before yet took it upon himself to activate it again at the $9 rate. When I was drying my car in the vacuum cleaning area I asked him if I could use some of the tire shine which comes promotional with the type of wash that I chose. He took it upon himself to tell me no and would not provide me any tire shine Comma now this was a matter of principle I could have easily drove off and been happy with my car wash which I always am with bubble bath but this particular time I signed up for the bubble glow car wash and Juan With the (blonde man bun) Kept telling me no. He said because it appeared that I was abusing the system that it was policy that they not give me tire shine yet they would let me go through the car wash and sign me up for another $9 subscription? Ridiculous LOL Juan needs a new job. Customer service is not his specialty. He got lucky and slipped through the cracks in the Bubble Bath world. As far as customer service he is definitely a liability.

  I've gone to this location twice in the last 3 weeks and I must say, the manager Mr. Shawn keeps this place super clean, i.e (trash can continuously being emptied, no debris laying around, clean pre wash scrub water in the trash cans). Shawn always makes his rounds to the customers asking if everything is okay with a smile. His staff members also are very friendly and ready to assist. Good spot here for a thorough car wash. Thanks Mr. Shawn. It was nice chatting g with you briefly today. 2 thumbs up!!!
