  I like using this car wash during the cooler months bc I don’t mind drying and vacuuming my own own vehicle when I’m not doing it in the SA heat. I canceled my membership online in May but was charged again in June. I called and spoke to a “membership specialist” to get a refund and cancel my membership again. She assured me the refund would be given and that I wouldn’t be charged again. However, the refund never came through and I was charged for another month. I’ve called twice more and now no one will return my call. So so so aggravating!!! I have not used their carwash in two months and they need to reimburse me for May and June!! UGH! Maybe this review will get their attention.

  O y bad thing about this location is that it is not equipped with the tire shine even tho you pay for it on their packages. But they will add tire shine themselves if you ask. So you can still get it done just not as part of the quick drive thru service. I typically vacuum and dry after so they do it while I’m doing that.

  I love this place! It's clean the vacuum are not clogged up. Andddd there is always someone bringing out towels or picking up the debris around the parking lot.

  HORRIBLE SERVICE ,”LOVED “ this location seems like they keep hiring new people that that are not interested in working ! & so Unprofessional , just chit chatting without working ! EVERYTHING BOTHERS THEM IF YOU EVEN ASK FOR YOUR TIRES TO BE GLOSSED ! NEW CREW MEMBERS ON CULEBRA FOR SURE ! This is not the staff that makes you feel welcome and want to get a membership ! HORRIBLE , You will get attended by little girls and boys that are so childish if you go to that location! Stared after stares ! Making dumb excuses why there looking and laughing ! White girl getting in your face acting tuff so unprofessional 😂😂 when all you asked was you wanted to talk to management for all the stares you were getting for sure recommend you going to west military ! Way better and polite customer service !!!!
