  I drove home after going through the car wash and when I looked at the back of my car I noticed it was completely dry and STILL dirty. I don’t know how this could happen, I’ve never had this problem before after getting a car wash. Also the exit out of the car wash is very confusing and gets very backed up because of the vacuums

  I met Betty when I was in there last week. Not only was she very personable, but very helpful and informative. I shared with her how much better of an experience I had at their store compared to the store that is on my route. Betty ended up introducing me to Nathan and also manually dressing my tires. Nathat enlightened me to some of the changes to be transpiring at the location that I frequent in hopes that I, as well as my wife, will retain our memberships. It is really too bad that the South New Braunfels store can not hold a candle to to the Austin Highway store is quality as well as staff.

  The Bubble Bath Car Wash on Austin Highway is the best. I came in late and I needed to update my car wash pass. Pulled up and Demetrius greeted me with the greatest smile, was so willing to help me and Demetrius could not have been more polite and kind. He is definitely as asset to your business. Demetrius made my day!
