  We have been going to the Bubbles car wash on Austin Hyway for a very long time. Everyone there already knows us alot of them by name. Salvador is very nice and friendly, but seems like they all are. We have never had any bad experiences. That you all!

  La persona que estaba me agrego un memebership que yo no queria sin preguntarme, agrego la mas cara de 40 dlls. Ahora trato de cancelar el membership y no puedo ni en linea ni por telefono. Para cobrar si lo puedes hacer ahi pero para cancelar el error de ellos no puedes. Es el peor Bubble Bath que he ido. Un servicio de lo peor.

  I drove home after going through the car wash and when I looked at the back of my car I noticed it was completely dry and STILL dirty. I don’t know how this could happen, I’ve never had this problem before after getting a car wash. Also the exit out of the car wash is very confusing and gets very backed up because of the vacuums

  I met Betty when I was in there last week. Not only was she very personable, but very helpful and informative. I shared with her how much better of an experience I had at their store compared to the store that is on my route. Betty ended up introducing me to Nathan and also manually dressing my tires. Nathat enlightened me to some of the changes to be transpiring at the location that I frequent in hopes that I, as well as my wife, will retain our memberships. It is really too bad that the South New Braunfels store can not hold a candle to to the Austin Highway store is quality as well as staff.
