  I pay almost $40 a month to wash my car and to not have them spray it every other time I come is disappointing. The one on Perrin Beitel has done the same several times.

  Not only did they scratch the paint on my car. And then the left side door would never get clean. I went through it one time three different times to a point where they just had to get someone every single time I came to manually clean it. I had graduated in May and moved all the way up to the northeast cancel my membership in person and then they have been charging me all the way throughout September. After I went in in person and canceled and then I called and they were like there’s no proof that you canceled. But I was trying to tell them if I wasn’t even in the state and didn’t use it whatsoever and went in person. There is no way to call the actual store to verify who I talk to because it is all routed to a customer service line and when I asked her, there’s has to be someone in charge of the car wash such as a manager she told me yes they have the manager‘s numbers. I just can’t have them
