  If zero stars was an option, that’s what I would choose. I am a regular customer at several of the bubble bath locations. My favorite one has always been the one on W. Military Dr. even though it’s not even the most convenient one for me to go to geographically. I’ve just always enjoyed the great attitude of the general manager. I’m not sure what her name was, but she was a tall, white lady who always had a great smile for anybody who was using the car wash facility. I could tell that she always cared enough to make sure that things were done properly. Everything was always so clean and orderly. She was always so cheerful and seemed to really embody the characteristics that any company would promote. My visit today was shocking. I spoke to someone who apparently is the new manager who did not care at all about the appearance of the property. The vacuum poles and everything were all very dirty, which is not something I’m used to seeing at that location. I asked the manager with the big gauges in his ears if I could get some tire shine for my truck since my tires are too big to get full coverage in the wash tunnel. He sent one of the crew members out to do it. She did a terrible job. I have not seen her before, she must be new. I asked the manager if I could get it reapplied since she must be new, but he told me that they’re only allowed to do it once. It baffled me that they would not want to correct something that was done incorrectly. It shows that they really don’t care about providing the highest customer service. Now that the other manager has gone, and there is a noticeable drop in quality of the people and the wash itself, I won’t be going back to that location. I might even cancel altogether. There is a Tommy’s car wash right by my house.

  I graduated from John Jay in 1981 with a military upbringing of self-pride and discapline.....This neighborhood has changed alot since then....My mother of 91yrs old still lives here....So every week i take her Toyota Highlander to Bubblebath........Rhonda Cicarello embodies a work ethic and selfless customer service.....She leads by example ..Always Smiling, Cleaning,Washing saying hello to everyone .....BubbleCarwash when driving up looks as clean and professional since day 1.......It reminds me of 1982...And that makes me very Happy......

  This is a really good car wash. The price was good and the vacuums have a nozzle for in-between the seats to reach the dirt. Other carwash don't have them.
